System and Method for Analysing a Surface that is Subject to Wear
The disclosure relates to a system for analyzing a wear surface in a material handling system. The system including a scanner and a processor configured to generate measurement data. The disclosure further comprises a corresponding method for utilizing the system for analyzing a wear surface.
PULVERIZER SYSTEM AND MILLSIDE CONFIGURATION FOR A PULVERIZER SYSTEM
An enclosure for a pulverizer system includes a generally cylindrical body forming an internal cavity having a central axis, a cover positioned above the cylindrical body, and a floor positioned within the internal cavity of the cylindrical body, opposite the cover, the floor having a surface extending from a point nearest the central axis to an inner sidewall of the cylindrical body. The surface of the floor has a substantially constant radius of curvature.
Locking nut or bolt and washer
An improved locking nut and sealing washer for use with a threaded bolt. The locking nut has a flange. The sealing washer is attached to an elastomer and has retaining means provided therein. When the locking nut is seated on the sealing washer, a removable retaining insert may be manipulated to be received within the retaining means. Thereafter, when force is applied to the locking nut to move the locking nut in a first direction along the threaded bolt, the flange pushes against the sealing washer to push the sealing washer in the same direction and, when force is applied to the locking nut in an opposing direction along the threaded bolt, the flange pushes against the retaining insert to push the sealing washer in the same direction.

Lifting Tool for Nut of Inner Wear Part of Cone Crusher
A nut lifting tool of an inner wear part of a cone crusher. The lifting tool has a frame to be placed around a nut to be lifted. The frame has nut lifting lugs for supporting occurring from at least three sides of the center of gravity of the nut and frame suspension brackets for suspending the frame from the nut before lifting the nut. The frame also has an open side for receiving a nut, lateral limiters, which, together with the lifting lugs and the suspension brackets, form a nut receiving space such that the frame can be slid from the open side to surround the nut, and lifting connection pieces for connecting a crane to the frame.
FOOD PROCESSOR
A freezer includes a grinder to obtain a ground meat; a mixer to add fat to the ground meat; a payload bay to receive the ground meat; a plurality of evaporators coupled to the payload bay with a multiplicity of coolant tubes in each evaporator, wherein each tube enters and then exits the payload bay, further comprising one or more cryogenic valves coupled to the coolant tubes; a pump to force coolant flowing through the evaporators; and a processor with code for: chopping the ground meat and during chopping, adding salt and ice to the ground meat being chopped and adding liquid nitrogen to maintain the temperature of the meat being chopped below 5 C. to obtain a chopped meat product; adding fat to the chopped meat product and then chopping the fat and adding liquid nitrogen to maintain the temperature of the chopped meat product and fat being chopped between 1 C. and 10 C. to obtain a chopped meat and fat product, wherein the ground meat, added fat, ice and salt are present in amounts so that the chopped meat and fat product has a fat content of from 1% to 20% by weight based upon the weight of the chopped meat and fat product.

In-line mill assembly with spreader ring
The system and method requiring a diverter plate for an in-line mill. The plate for use with the in-line mill includes an aperture for passage of particulate laden fluid therethrough and a plurality of tabs such that the fluid and the particulate entrained thereon is deflected at a variety of axial angles. The diverter plate thus provides a reliable method such that the milling process and component wear resistance is made more efficient thereby.

Milling of Flex Foil with Two Conductive Layers From Both Sides
A method for milling flex foil includes providing a web of flex foil including a substrate; a first conductive layer arranged on one surface of the substrate; a second conductive layer arranged on an opposite surface of the substrate; a first insulating layer arranged adjacent to the first conductive layer; and a second insulating layer arranged adjacent to the second conductive layer. The method includes dry milling one side of the web using a first clich pattern including raised portions and non-raised portions to selectively remove at least one of the first conductive layer and the first insulating layer. The method includes dry milling an opposite side of the web using a second clich pattern including upper raised portions, lower raised portions and non-raised portions to selectively remove the second insulating layer.
