ENDOPHYTE COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PLANT TRAITS
This invention relates to methods and materials for modulating the characteristics of a plant, said plant having been heterologously disposed to an endophyte or a plurality of endophytes, or derived from a plant reproductive element heterologously disposed to an endophyte or a plurality of endophytes.
Agricultural endophyte-plant compositions, and methods of use
This application relates to methods and materials for providing a benefit to a seed or seedling of an agricultural plant (e.g., an agricultural grass plant or a Glycine plant), or the agricultural plant derived from the seed or seedling. For example, this application provides purified bacterial populations that include novel seed bacterial endophytes, and synthetic combinations of seeds and/or seedlings (e.g., cereal or soy seeds and/or cereal or soy seedlings) with heterologous seed-derived bacterial endophytes.
Fungal endophytes for improved crop yields and protection from pests
Synthetic compositions comprising a plant element and at least one fungal endophyte are described. The fungal endophyte is capable of improving plant tolerance to biotic stress as compared to a reference plant element not further comprising the endophyte. Examples of biotic stress include the biotic stress caused by a nematode, an aphid, a fleahopper, a lygus bug, a stink bug, a soy looper, a cabbage looper, or a fungus.

Streptomyces endophyte compositions and methods for improved agronomic traits in plants
This invention relates to methods and compositions for providing a benefit to a plant by associating the plant with a beneficial endophyte of the genus Streptomyces, including benefits to a plant derived from a seed or other plant element treated with said endophyte. For example, this invention provides purified endophytes, synthetic combinations comprising endophytes, and methods of making and using the same. In particular, this invention relates to compositions and methods of improving soybean and maize plants.

METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ECTOMYCORRHIZAL MYCELIA AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
The invention relates to methods of cultivating ectomycorrhizal fungi, the method comprising incubating ectomy corrhizal MAT1-1 mycelia, ectomycorrhizal MAT1-2 mycelia, and ectomycorrhizal male mycelia in a culture medium for about 1 day to about 50 days, thereby cultivating ectomycorrhizal fungi to produce an ectomycorrhizal fungal biomass comprising MAT1-1 ectomycorrhizal mycelia, MAT1-2 ectomycorrhizal mycelia, and male ectomycorrhizal mycelia. Also provided are methods of use of the ectomycorrhizal mycelial biomass.
