A heat trace cable may couple with the container and be positioned therewith for generating variable heat along its length thereof in response to changes in localized temperatures to generally maintain the temperature of the fluid within the container within a desired threshold temperature comprising a range of 60° F. to 100° F. in ambient atmospheric temperatures as low as −30° Fahrenheit (“F”) and in compliance with an ANSI Class 1 Div. 1 classification.

The system is tankless and all coating and paint is provided to the cartridge-style spray guns by the cartridges. A method is also provided for performing painting and coating operations in a remote site using cartridge-style spray guns.

The apparatus also includes a controller for controlling the motor speed and the plunger feed velocity, said controller being configured to synchronize the acceleration/deceleration of the movable arm and the acceleration/deceleration of the plunger of said syringe or of at least one of said syringes.

A system and method for delivering materials for deposition is described. The system includes reservoirs for holding materials, heating elements for liquefying the materials (unless they are to be delivered as solids). Once in a desired state, pressure and material delivery systems to move the materials to a deposition nozzle. In the deposition nozzle, or thereabouts, the materials combine and are prepared to be deposited. An agitation element is used to break up the material and push it out of the nozzle tip in an atomized or droplet form. Changes in the material composition/concentration result in adjustment in heat, pressure or deposition agitation.

A heater element heats fluid passing from the inlet port to the outlet port through the reservoir. A heat exchanger in thermal contact with the heater element for conveying heat to fluid within the reservoir has a strut that divides fluid entering the housing through the inlet port into two flow paths and elongated fins extending outwardly from the strut at transverse angles that bound fluid flow channels for fluid moving through the reservoir. A control circuit energizes the heater element to heat the heating element and the fluid passing from the inlet port to the outlet port through the reservoir.
