The spray units are configured to spray pollen or a liquid chemical. The at least one first actuator is configured to move the at least one boom. The at least one second actuator is configured to control the spray units. At least one sensor is configured to measure a speed of the vehicle relative to the ground. At least one sensor is configured to measure an air movement direction relative to the vehicle. At least one sensor is configured to measure an air movement speed relative to the vehicle. The processing unit is configured to determine an air movement direction relative to the ground and determine an air movement speed relative to the ground.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATED DE-ICING OF AIRCRAFT
A system for automated de-icing or contamination removal of an aircraft. The system includes a mobile platform, the mobile platform including a set of wheels and a swerve drive for controlling movement of the set of wheels along with a contamination removal apparatus mounted to the mobile platform for delivering contamination removal treatment to the aircraft. The system also includes a processor for receiving instructions associated with the contamination removal treatment from an external party and for controlling the mobile platform and contamination apparatus to deliver the contamination removal treatment.
Thermoplastic extrusion markings
A thermoplastic extrusion vehicle for continuous processing of thermoplastic material used for applying lines and stripes to a roadway. Heated oil from a burner is directed to a common reservoir having a section for oil distributed to the extremities of the vehicle and a main section for heating of melting kettles; the common reservoir having a divider wall capable of maintaining two different temperatures within the reservoir. A programmable logic controller displays and records the mil thickness of lines that is calculated according to the volume of material consumed at the rate of application based upon the speed of the vehicle.
Flying Object, Flying Object System, and Method For Painting Object to Be Painted
A flying object includes: a flying object body; a blade that enables the flying object body to fly; a paint ejection mechanism that ejects paint in a first direction; and a fluid ejection mechanism that ejects a fluid in a second direction differing from the first direction by 90 degrees or more.
Automaton for treating a surface
The present invention provides an automaton (1) for treating a surface for treatment, the automaton comprising treatment means (10), e.g. an arm, having a movable end (12) configured to treat a surface, and an interface configured to indicate to the automaton the surface that is to be treated. The interface includes a screen (21) configured to display a representation of at least a portion of the surroundings in which the surface for treatment is to be found, and the interface is configured to enable a person to select the surface for treatment on the representation displayed on the screen (21).
System for in-line treatment of thread
A system for in-line treatment of at least one thread is provided. The system is configured to be used with a thread consuming device and comprises a treatment unit having a plurality of nozzles arranged at different positions relative the at least one thread, said at least one thread being in motion in use, each nozzle being configured to dispense one or more coating substances onto the at least one thread when activated; and at least one thread engagement device configured to rotate the at least one thread along its longitudinal axis as the at least one thread moves through said treatment unit.
Atomizing disc, atomizing device with atomizing disc, and unmanned aerial vehicle
An atomizing disc, an atomizing device with the atomizing disc, and an unmanned aerial vehicle are provided. The atomizing disc includes: a bottom disc, an upper surface of the bottom disc being provided with a liquid inlet space; and a plurality of ribs, the plurality of ribs being disposed on the upper surface of the bottom disc and being spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the bottom disc. A centrifugal flow passage in communication with the liquid inlet space is defined between two adjacent ribs and the bottom disc. An end of a rib close to an edge of the bottom disc is provided with a first groove penetrating a side portion of the rib so as to cut fluid flowing through the centrifugal flow passage.
Systems and methods for spraying an agricultural fluid on foliage
A system includes a fluid supply line, a plurality of nozzle assemblies positioned and oriented to spray portions of a target, and a plurality of electrically actuated valve assemblies configured to control fluid flow to the nozzle assemblies. The system also includes a controller connected in communication with the plurality of electrically actuated valve assemblies and configured to individually actuate the valve assemblies between a closed position and an open position. The controller is configured to receive an orientation of each nozzle assembly relative to the target and determine a duty cycle of each valve assembly based on the orientation of the respective nozzle assembly. The controller is configured to actuate each valve assembly based on the respective orientation to provide a desired fluid characteristic of the fluid emitted from the respective nozzle assembly.
SYSTEM FOR DROPPING A LIQUID
The invention relates to a system for dropping a liquid, comprising a liquid storage reservoir (2) provided with a liquid outlet area (3) that comprises an outlet nozzle (4) and a dropping hatch (5).
Furthermore, the dropping System (1) comprises means for varying the air pressure in the storage reservoir (2) depending on the level of liquid in the reservoir (2).
