PAINT APPLICATOR, KIT AND METHOD
A paint applicator, kit and methodology for using the same is disclosed. For example, a paint applicator that allows a user to load a desired amount of paint, such as a water based or other low VOC paint, into the paint applicator and an advancement mechanism that dispenses paint at a rate controllable by the user is disclosed. The advancement mechanism can include a system that translates a rotational force applied to an end cap of the applicator into a linear force that advances a piston which in turn applies paint to an applicator portion. The paint applicator may be reusable or may include a ratchet system that allows for only one time use. The methodology and kit can incorporate a syringe for loading paint into the paint applicator, thus reducing the loss of paint through spilling.
Apparatus and methods for use in applying a fluid to a surface
A fluid application system includes a pair of identical, spaced apart, fluid applicators that each include a fluid permeable pad saturated with fluid. In one implementation, each applicator includes a pair of conduits coupled to a base plate, wherein each conduit includes a slot configured to receive an end of the pad. In another embodiment, each applicator defines a reservoir between adjacent plates and channels fluid from the reservoir though openings in the plate to the pad. In another implementation, each of the applicators includes a base plate, a conduit coupled to the base plate, and a housing slidably coupled to the base plate. The housing includes a plurality of pads and is moveable to selectively prevent fluid flow between the conduit and the pads in a first position or to couple the pads in fluid communication with the conduit in the second position.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR APPLYING A FRAGRANCE OR MALODOR CONTROL AGENT TO A PLASTIC WEB
A system and method for applying a fragrance or malodor control agent to a plastic web is provided. The system includes a form and seal machine that is used to form and seal a plastic web and a fragrance or malodor control agent applicator that applies a fragrance or malodor control agent to the plastic web. The fragrance or malodor control agent applicator designed to apply fragrance or malodor control agent directly to a first interior surface and a second interior surface formed by folding the plastic web with the form and seal machine.
Modular paint spraying system
A paint sprayer array may include an array frame. The array frame may include a first support member. The paint sprayer array may include an array mount. The array mount may include an array support member. The array mount may be detachably mountable to the array frame. The paint sprayer array may include a plurality of sprayers. Each sprayer of the plurality of sprayers may be detachably mountable to the array support member of the array mount and operable to selectively atomize paint. The paint sprayer array may include a sprayer activation assembly. The sprayer activation assembly may be operable to selectively activate at least a portion of the plurality of sprayers. The paint sprayer array may be selectably mountable to an aerial work platform. The aerial work platform may move the paint sprayer array to paint a large work surface.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR APPLYING DOTS OF DIFFERENT ADHESIVES TO MOVING ROOFING SHINGLE STOCK
Systems and methods of applying self-seal strips of multiple different adhesives are disclosed. In one embodiment, two spaced apart spoked applicator wheel assemblies are positioned beneath a web of moving shingle stock such that each of the applicator wheels applies dots of different adhesives in an alternating pattern. In other embodiments, a layer of a second adhesive is deposited onto previously applied dots of a first adhesive to form layered adhesive dots with dual properties of both adhesives.
Nozzle tip and method for dispensing onto a panel edge
Nozzles are provided, for applying setting resins onto the edge of a panel, in some embodiments the cut edge of a panel such as a honeycomb panel. The nozzle comprises a connector portion and an application head, wherein the application head comprises: a) a supporting wall, and b) a curved finish wall joining the supporting wall along an edge at an angle of greater than 92 degrees and less than 120 degrees. In some embodiments, the curved finish wall has a curve radius which remains between 1.0 and 7.0 cm throughout the length of the curved finish wall. In some embodiments, the curved finish wall has a trailing edge profile which is smoothly curved and a leading edge profile which is scalloped. In addition, methods of applying a setting resin onto the edge of a panel are presented.
Laminate
The present application relates to a laminate, a method for preparing same and a use of the laminate. The present application can provide a method for forming a film, which comprises a self-assembled block copolymer, to have excellent uniformity in thickness even when the film is formed over a large area, a laminate comprising a polymer film formed by means of the method, and a use of same.
