Leather edge painting and process thereof
The present invention relates to a process for leather edge painting. More particularly, the present invention relates to the process [200] wherein the liquid edge paint is converted to solid colour sticker film [205]. More particularly, the present invention relates to the process wherein the liquid edge paint is converted to solid colour sticker film on a transparent film [205], and transferring [207] from the transparent paper to the edges of a substrate material. Further, the process of the present invention provides liquid edge paint transferred to the substrate edge for one or more applications.
CONTROLLABLY PROVIDING A COATING OF NANOPARTICLES ON A CONVEYED SUBSTRATE
A spray system and method are described for controllably applying a coating of nanoparticles to a substrate. In particular, spray system arrangements are described that are configured to meet the goals of high quality nanoparticle deposition on a substrate with minimal waste of costly nanoparticle material. More particularly, a nanoparticle spray system is described herein that includes: a spray nozzle configured to emit a nanoparticle-laden spray flow; a conveyed substrate configured to be conveyed at a velocity; and a controller configured to operate in a feedback loop such that nanoparticles of the nanoparticle-laden spray flow are controllably deposited on a surface of the conveyed substrate.
Hot stamping component and method of manufacturing the same
Disclosed is a hot-stamping component, which includes a base steel plate; and a plated layer on the base steel plate and including a first layer, a second layer, and an intermetallic compound portion having an island shape in the second layer, wherein the first layer and the second layer are sequentially stacked, and an area fraction of the intermetallic compound portion with respect to the second layer is an amount of 20% to 60%.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A ROLLER BLIND WEB
A device for producing a roller blind web of a motor vehicle, the device having an application table having a continuously flat support surface for a fabric; and an extruder configured to apply a plastic material to the fabric from above along at least one extrusion track. A tensioner tensions the fabric in the direction of the extrusion track. Moreover, a method for producing a roller blind web is provided.
Steel Protective Coating Compositions, Methods of Their Manufacture, and Methods of Their Use
Steel sheet coating compositions or polymeric resin or ceramic properties are produced by admixing an aluminum coordinate complex and an aluminum resin, a polysilazane as a source of silicon, an organic solvent, an organic synthesis catalyst, and a non-metallic, non-ionic, low-nucleophilic base. The admixed coating is applied to sheet steel prior to hot-stamping in order to inhibit formation of iron oxides and to improve steel sheet surface characteristics.
Fluorine free anti-stick coating and method for its production
Disclosed is a non-stick coating for an article, particularly for a baking pan or other household and utility item, comprises at least a base layer (G) burnt onto a surface (O) of the article and a covering layer (D) burnt above the base layer. The base layer and the covering layer each have a dry film thickness of 1 to 25 ?m, wherein the base layer contains 10 to 100 wt.-%, related to the weight of the burnt base layer, of a thermoplastic resin having a temperature resistance exceeding 200? C., and wherein the covering layer contains a thermoplastic resin having a temperature resistance exceeding 200? C. and optionally a silicone resin. Both the base layer and also the covering layer are free of perfluorinated and polyfluorinated alkyl compounds. Due to the fact that the covering layer comprises a content of thermoplastic resin of at least 30 wt.-%, related to the weight of the burnt covering layer, and of at least 2.5 wt.-%, related to the weight of the burnt covering layer, of a silicone oil, novel fluorine-free non-stick coatings with good substrate adhesion and very good deep-drawing properties are obtained. In a process for applying the non-stick coating, the base layer to be formed is applied as a liquid varnish onto the surface of the article and subsequently dried at 250 to 440? C., subsequently the covering layer is applied as liquid varnish onto the predried base layer, and finally the layers are bonded to each other and to the surface of the article by means of heat treatment at 250 to 440? C.
COATED STEEL SHEET AND PAINTED MEMBER
A coated steel sheet has a coating film on at least one side of a plated steel sheet. The coating film contains a binder resin, non-oxide ceramic particles containing V (excluding VC particles), and doped zinc oxide particles. The respective contents of the non-oxide ceramic particles containing V and the doped zinc oxide particles relative to the coating film satisfy the expressions: [(1) C.sub.Zn10.0, (2) C.sub.V0.5.Math.C.sub.Zn, (3) C.sub.V70C.sub.Zn, (4) C.sub.V0.125.Math.C.sub.Zn, and (5) C.sub.V2.0], where C.sub.V represents the content (mass %) of the non-oxide ceramic particles containing V, and C.sub.Zn represents the content (mass %) of the doped zinc oxide particles. The coated steel sheet is excellent in both corrosion resistance before electrodeposition coating, and weldability.
Coating apparatus
A coating apparatus is provided. The coating apparatus includes a coater, configured to move and perform coating along a first direction, the coater includes a coating head and a coating head movement mechanism, the coating head movement mechanism is configured to make the coating head move along a plane intersected with the first direction and rotate in the plane intersected with the first direction.

A cooktop heating element includes a helix shaped induction coil. The helix shaped induction coil includes a first array of parallel current-carrying wires and a second array of return current carrying wires. A magnetic shielding sheet is placed between the first array of parallel current-carrying wires and the second array of return current carrying wires. The magnetic shield sheet magnetically shields the first array of parallel current-carrying wires from the second array of return current carrying wires.
