Compact noise encapsulation for mobile processing devices
The invention concerns a mobile processing device having a material processing unit, such as a mobile crusher having a crusher unit or a mobile screen having a material screening unit. The mobile processing device comprises a power unit, a frame and a noise encapsulation for the material processing unit. The noise encapsulation is attached to the frame and comprises two cover elements, each of which is pivotable between an open position providing access to the crusher unit and a closed position wherein the cover elements can be interconnected to create an encapsulation for the material processing unit.
Machine to backfill pipelines with improved lifting device
Machine for the definition of a material for the burying of pipes, especially a padding machine and/or crusher, in particular adapted to cover said pipe with the corresponding material, preferably consisting of the waste material of the excavation for laying the pipes, comprising a lifting device configured to transfer the material from a collection area to a storage area, by means of a conveyor belt comprising a plurality of sections mechanically associated to towing means, for the movement thereof, in which said sections alternate in such a way that an overlying section is continuously in an overlapping relationship with the adjacent underlying section which precedes it and which follows it.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SEPARATION OF ORGANICS AND LIQUIDS FROM WASTE MATERIAL
A waste processing system and method for improving compaction and/or separating organics and liquids from waste material. An elongated extrusion screw and/or an adjustable compression gate may be provided to improve the compression of waste material. An improved extraction tube may also be provided to facilitate separation and removal of organics and other liquids from the compressed material. At least one sensor may be provided for sensing an increasing accumulation of waste material awaiting to be processed. An exemplary embodiment may also be adapted to add dry fraction to a waste load that is wet with organics or other liquids to improve compressibility. A system and method may also be adapted to automatically adjust to improve compression of the material and facilitate more efficient production.
MOBILE AGGREGATE PROCESSING PLANT
The present invention relates to a mobile aggregate processing plant for screening aggregate material comprising a mobile chassis having a main frame and a vibrating screening unit mounted via one or more absorbers on a screen-mounting frame and able to provide at least one aggregate discharge stream therethrough, wherein the vibrating screening unit is moveable relative to the screen-mounting frame between a first in-use position, and at least a second position able to provide an access portal below the vibrating screening unit when not in use.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LARGE DEBRIS CONVEYANCE
A device for sorting particulate material includes a main conveyor belt, a separation screen, a graded material conveyor, and an oversize material conveyor. The separation screen is configured to separate the material into a first portion and a second portion with a larger average particle diameter than the first portion. The graded material conveyor is positioned below the separation screen to receive the first portion of the material, and the oversize material conveyor is positioned at an end of the separation screen to receive the second portion of the material.
MACHINE, IN PARTICULAR PADDING MACHINE, TO BACKFILL PIPELINES
Machine, especially a padding machine, for the burying of pipes, in particular arranged in a respective excavation of the ground, quali gas pipelines, oil pipelines, aqueducts, or altri, in particular for la covering of said pipe with a corresponding material, in particular un treated material, preferably screened or frantumato, including a main support framework of the apparatus, in particular which extends according to a respective longitudinal axis of the same machine, a cabin for housing the driver of the machine, such a cabin is in the form of a cabin movable with respect to said main support frame. Said cabin for housing the driver of the machine can be positioned, in corresponding vertical positions, or placed at height levels different from each other, preferably moving vertically, or perpendicularly to said ground.
POROUS WATER-SOLUBLE NONIONIC CELLULOSE ETHER HAVING EXCELLENT SOLUBILITY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
There are provided a porous water-soluble nonionic cellulose ether having an average pore size of 36 m or smaller and an average particle size of from 30 to 300 m; and a method for continuously producing said cellulose ether comprising the steps of: pulverizing a first water-soluble nonionic cellulose ether to obtain a first pulverized product, and sieving the pulverized product through a sieve having an opening of from 40 to 400 m to obtain a first residue-on-sieve and a first sieve-passing fraction, wherein a portion or all of the first residue-on-sieve containing particles having particle sizes smaller than and greater than the opening of the sieve is re-pulverized together with a second water-soluble nonionic cellulose ether in the step of pulverizing to obtain a second pulverized product, which is pulverized to obtain the cellulose ether as a second sieve-passing fraction containing the re-pulverized particles.
Combination screening apparatus
The present invention provides a combination screening apparatus for screening a mixed material into three graded streams, comprising a disc screen wholly, substantially or partly located within a rotary drum screen. The present invention may be conveniently arranged on a mobile chassis with a simple arrangement of a feed hopper to feed a feed end, and a layered or stacked configuration for the discharge of the so-formed graded streams at a discharge end.
THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITIONS, METHODS, APPARATUS, AND USES
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) compositions, methods for producing TPU compositions, methods of using TPU compositions, and apparatuses produced therefrom are disclosed. Disclosed TPU compositions include a thermoplastic polyurethane polymer, a heat stabilizer, a flow agent, and a filler material. The filler may be a glass fiber. Disclosed TPU compositions have improved thermal stability and improved flow properties suitable for injection molding of articles of manufacture having a large plurality of fine openings or pores. Articles produced from the composition have superior thermal stability, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. Example articles include screening members for vibratory screening machines. Further embodiments include compositions without heat stabilizers, flow agents, and filler materials, and compositions in which two TPU materials having different harnesses are combined to generate a material with a pre-determined hardness.
