MOBILE AGGREGATE PROCESSING PLANT
A mobile aggregate processing plant for screening aggregate material comprising a mobile chassis, a vibrating screening unit mounted on the mobile chassis and able to provide at least one aggregate discharge stream therethrough, and an underscreen conveyor located wholly or substantially beneath the vibrating screening unit to wholly or substantially receive said at least one aggregate discharge stream, wherein the underscreen conveyor is driveable in an uphill direction so as to be able to discharge the aggregate discharge stream at a height higher than receiving the aggregate discharge stream, relative to the mobile chassis.
System and method for installing separator grates within an agricultural combine
A system for installing separator grates within a combine may include a grate frame having first and second frame members extending circumferentially between proximal and distal ends. The system may also include a first and second separator grate sections configured to be supported between the frame members along first and second circumferential frame sections of the grate frame, respectively. Additionally, the grate frame may include first and second guide rails extending between the frame members along at least a portion of the first circumferential frame section. When the first separator grate section is being installed from a side of the grate frame located adjacent to the proximal end, at least a portion of the first separator grate section may be configured to ride along the guide rails at a location between the frame member as the first separator grate section is moved towards the distal end of the grate frame.
Method and apparatus for washing and grading sand and aggregate
An apparatus for washing and grading sand and aggregate includes a first multi-deck screen and a sump for collecting undersize material from the plurality of decks. A first set of hydrocyclones receives undersize material and water from the sump of the first screen. A second screen has a deck for producing at least one sand product and a sump beneath the deck, the deck of the second screen receiving an underflow from each cyclone of the first set of hydrocyclones. A second set of hydrocyclones receives undersize material and water from the sump of the second vibratory screen. The deck of a third screen receives an underflow from each cyclone of the second set of hydrocyclones. A further hydrocyclone receives undersize material and water from the sump of the third screen, and an underflow from the further hydrocyclone is delivered onto the deck of the third screen.
Drive arm for agricultural harvester
An agricultural harvester includes a grain processing section having a sieve assembly. The sieve assembly is driven in fore and aft oscillation by an eccentric rotation device while permitting side to side movement. A drive arm to the sieve assembly has a connection interface to the eccentric rotation device permitting side to side movement during fore and aft oscillation.
Systems and methods for large debris conveyance
A device for sorting particulate material includes a main conveyor belt, a separation screen, a graded material conveyor, and an oversize material conveyor. The separation screen is configured to separate the material into a first portion and a second portion with a larger average particle diameter than the first portion. The graded material conveyor is positioned below the separation screen to receive the first portion of the material, and the oversize material conveyor is positioned at an end of the separation screen to receive the second portion of the material.
Aggregate dewatering device and method
A dewatering device for aggregate product can be used to retro-fit existing aggregate product dewatering facilities in order to more efficiently capture product. The dewatering device can be movable to allow for the portability of the device relative to existing dewatering facilities. The device is adapted to receive a slurry of aggregate product and water and to vibrate to dry the aggregate product. A recycle system is included to receive any fines that may otherwise be lost by the system. The recycle system captures the fines and redirects them back towards the vibrating process of the vibrating device to direct them towards an exit of the vibrating device in order to use said fines as well as the other dewatered aggregate product. The portability of the device allows the device to be used with the existing facilities without the need to completely replace existing components for dewatering aggregate product.
Screening assembly for a mobile bulk material processing apparatus
A screening assembly for a mobile bulk material processing apparatus is capable of adjustment of its position with respect to the base frame of the mobile bulk material processing apparatus in order to facilitate the transfer of material from the screen on to the processing unit, such as a crusher, by optimizing the height and the angle of operation of the screening assembly. The screening assembly is also capable of being folded into a compact arrangement, which is compliant to transport regulations, while also being convenient and safe for the operators. The screening assembly includes a base frame and at least two linking elements coupled at pivotable joints in such a way that when in operational position, the two linking elements are configured to adjust the height and the angle of inclination of the screen box to facilitate transfer of material from the screen to the crusher.
Aggregate processing systems, methods and apparatus
Aggregate material processing systems, methods, and apparatus are described. In some embodiments, one or more components have a transport configuration and an operational configuration.
Sieving device
A sieving device includes a mount, and a vibration unit configured to perform reciprocating vibration relative to the mount in one direction in plan view and including a sieve frame. The vibration unit includes a first sensor unit and a vibration state measurement unit. The first sensor unit includes a vibration-unit acceleration sensing unit capable of sensing acceleration of the vibration unit, and a vibration-unit angular velocity sensing unit capable of sensing angular velocity of the vibration unit. The vibration state measurement unit measures a vibration state of the vibration unit based on the acceleration and the angular velocity of the vibration unit, which are sensed by the first sensor unit.
METHOD OF USING FLY ASH
A sieve with a mesh opening of 75 to 20 m is provided. A raw fly ash powder is separated into a component remaining on the sieve and a component passing through the sieve by classification using the sieve. A fine fly ash powder, which is the component passing through the sieve, is used as a cement admixture. A coarse fly ash powder, which is the component remaining on the sieve, is used for production of cement clinker.
