A microfluidic device includes: a microchannel defining a flow path; a Brownian motor structure comprising two or more sorting channels having distinct ratchet topographies, the Brownian motor structure in fluid communication with the microchannel; and a filter extending transversely to the microchannel, the filter configured to filter particles, subject to sizes thereof, in a liquid advancing along the flow path, whereby smaller particles of the liquid can pass downstream of the filter in the flow path, and larger particles of the liquid are directed to the Brownian motor structure to be sorted out according to sizes thereof via the sorting channels.

Additive manufacturing powder handling system
An additive manufacturing powder handling system includes a powder container and at least two of: an overflow powder collector system configured to collect overflow additive manufacturing powder from the additive manufacturing printer and pass the overflow additive manufacturing powder into the powder container; a vacuum system configured to receive by vacuum force additive manufacturing powder from an additive manufacturing printer and pass the additive manufacturing powder into the powder container; a sieve system configured to filter the additive manufacturing powder; and a powder container moving apparatus configured to move the powder container between any two of the additive manufacturing printer, the overflow powder collector system, the vacuum system, and the sieve system. The powder container includes a powder container coupling. Each of the overflow powder collector system, the vacuum system, and the sieve system includes at least one coupling element configured to receive the powder container coupling.
Multi-deck screening assembly
A multi-deck screening assembly includes a plurality of vertically-stacked downwardly-sloping screen decks, each with grading apertures through which under-sized material may pass, while over-sized material passes over a lower discharge end of each screen deck. The screen decks are mounted on a common frame, which is mounted on a chassis and provided with vibration device. The screen decks include an upper deck, an intermediate deck below for receiving under-sized material from the upper deck, and a lower deck below the intermediate deck for receiving under-sized material from the intermediate screen deck. A first chassis-mounted stockpile conveyor receives over-sized material from the lower deck, a second chassis-mounted stockpile conveyor receives over-sized material from the intermediate deck, and a third stockpile conveyor receives over-sized material from the upper deck. A transfer conveyor is operable to deliver over-sized material from the discharge end of the upper deck onto the third stockpile conveyor.
Vibratory separator screen
A vibratory separator includes a screen frame having an upper screen surface and a plurality of openings and a first screen insert disposed in a first opening of the plurality of openings of the screen frame, the screen insert having a screen surface positioned at a first height above the supper screen surface. The vibratory separator also includes a second screen insert disposed in a second opening of the plurality of openings of the second screen frame, wherein a screen surface of the second screen insert is positioned at a second height. The second height may be different from the first height. A method of processing fluid includes providing a flow of fluid to a vibratory separator, and flowing the fluid over a screen having a first screen insert positioned at a first height.
AUTOMATIC FOLDING AND DEPLOYING DEFLECTORS FOR CONVEYOR
A deflector for a mobile material separating machine includes a deflector body hingedly attached to a trommel screen frame and a conveyor movable with respect to the trommel screen frame. The conveyor has a stowed position and an operating position. The deflector system also includes an automatic linkage pivotably attached to the deflector body and to the conveyor. The linkage moves and guides the deflector body when the conveyor moves between the stowed position and the operating position.
Mobile mechanical xeriscape gravel cleaner
Disclosed is mobile mechanical xeriscape gravel cleaner which is delivered to the site of the xeriscaping to be cleaned by a wheel/axle assembly, leveled with adjustable jack stands mounted on the metal frame. Xeriscape material to be cleaned is collected and deposited in a hopper with slide plate to control flow of material into the receiving chamber. Using an external power system, the auger/screener device rotation begins and picks up and carries forward the material, passing through the transition plate to the auger/cleaner chamber where foreign material passes through the screen. The cleaned material proceeds to the discharge chamber where it is collected and returned to the original xeriscaped site. The mobile mechanical xeriscape gravel cleaner can clean xeriscape gravel at a lower cost, with improved quality and a higher rate of speed than was previously possible, with significantly reduced burden to the ecosystem.

SCREEN MAINTENANCE LINK
Disclosed is an inclined mobile screen for processing road building materials which provides for easy reconfiguration of the screen from operation configuration to a transport configuration and to a maintenance configuration, which allows for increased clearance between the screen and a feed conveyor without requiring a hydraulic actuator disposed therebetween. Nested telescopic supports are selectively coupled together in an offset connection to allow changes in the orientation of the screen to result in changes in the separation between the screen and the conveyor so as to allow for more clearance therebetween during time of maintenance.

The purest form of Himalayan pink salt is preferably in crystal in form and is substantially clear and colorless. The disclosure provides a purification process that identifies and removes solid impurities affording the purest form of Himalayan pink salt. The system may machine vision algorithms that process feedback from one or more sensors to detect and identify color or clarity, and may use one or more host controllers to remove solid impurities. The controller may identify the color or clarity and ensure consistent removal of the solid impurities.
