METHOD FOR PROCESSING ELECTRONIC AND ELECTRIC DEVICE COMPONENT SCRAPS
Provided is a method for processing electronic and electrical device component scrap, which can improve an efficiency of sorting of raw materials fed to the smelting step from electronic and electrical device component scrap, and reduce losses of valuable metals. A method for processing electronic and electrical device component scrap which includes sorting electronic and electrical device component scrap by wind powder sorting to remove plate-shaped materials containing valuable metals included in the electronic and electrical device component scrap, and then sorting the resulting sorted objects by magnetic sorting.
Machine having a cantilever-mounted rotor
Machine having a rotor which is mounted in a cantilevered fashion on a bearing and has a rotational axis along which a free, subsequently non-mounted rotor end runs starting from the bearing, the rotor end having a rotor end side which is spaced apart from a fixed rotor opposing side by a gap, and which, during operation of the machine when the rotor is rotating, is deflected with respect to the rotational axis as a result of imbalance of the free, non-mounted rotor end, or as a result of externally applied forces, wherein the rotor end side is curved or beveled so as to drop away at least in its end region towards its edge and in a direction towards the bearing.

DRY GRINDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REDUCED TAILINGS DEWATERING, IMPROVING FLOTATION EFFICIENCY, PRODUCING DRIER TAILINGS, AND PREVENTING FILTER MEDIA BLINDING
A minerals processing system (200, 300) comprising a flotation circuit (109) is characterized in that a dry grinding circuit precedes the flotation circuit (109). The dry grinding circuit may use a vertical roller mill (32) or roller grinder (302), and at least one dry air particle separation device (201, 304, 307) positioned between said vertical roller mill (32) or roller grinder (302) and the flotation circuit (109). The at least one dry air particle separation device (201, 304, 307) produces a dry fines stream (38) and a dry coarse stream (202). The coarse stream (202) is provided to the flotation circuit (109) to recover metal values, whereas the dry fines stream (38) circumvents the flotation circuit (109) and is combined with dewatered tailings (116) derived from material (110, 111) leaving the flotation circuit (109).
Classifying and purifying apparatus of solid blowing agents and methods of classifying and purifying solid blowing agents
A classifying and purifying apparatus of a solid blowing agent includes a classifier which classifies a supplied solid blowing agent into first microspheres and second microspheres, a storage connected to the classifier, in which the classified first microspheres flow in to be stored and emitted, and a filter arranged on the moving route of the solid blowing agent or the first microspheres which separates metallic substance from the object of filtering comprising the solid blowing agent or the first microspheres.

DRUM-TYPE FOREIGN SUBSTANCE SUCTIONAL ATTACHING AND SCREENING DEVICE
A drum-type foreign substance suctional attaching and screening device includes: a screening drum having circular type first and second side plates located on both sides thereof and a sorting screen adapted to surround the space between the first and second side plates; a hood disposed inside the screening drum and open toward a conveyor belt transferring aggregates to be recycled to thus provide a sucking force generated from a suction fan to the conveyor belt; and a rotary shaft coupled to the center of the first side plate and rotating with power received from the outside.
System and process for sorting and recovery of recyclable materials from mixed waste
A system and process for sorting and recovery of recyclable materials, and in particular, sorting and recovery of recyclable materials from mixed waste comprising municipal solid waste in a materials recovery facility.
System and process for sorting and recovery of recyclable materials from mixed waste
A system and process for sorting and recovery of recyclable materials, and in particular, sorting and recovery of recyclable materials from mixed waste comprising municipal solid waste in a materials recovery facility.
Systems and methods for powder recovery, cleaning, and blending, for additive manufacturing
A method of recycling build material powder including collecting in a keg an amount of excess build material powder during the additive manufacturing of a part cake. The part cake and keg are transferred to a de-powdering station. The part cake is de-powdered to release a mixture of reusable powder and contaminants. The mixture is sieved to remove the contaminants and deposit the reusable powder to the keg.
