Systems and methods for large debris conveyance
A device for sorting particulate material includes a main conveyor belt, a separation screen, a graded material conveyor, and an oversize material conveyor. The separation screen is configured to separate the material into a first portion and a second portion with a larger average particle diameter than the first portion. The graded material conveyor is positioned below the separation screen to receive the first portion of the material, and the oversize material conveyor is positioned at an end of the separation screen to receive the second portion of the material.
Multi-deck, multi-adjust diverter
A compact modular mobile aggregate processing system configured with no stand-alone inter-plant conveyors for decreasing the footprint of the system and an infinitely adjustable flow diverter(s) for increasing the control of and variation of output characteristics of the system; the system further including specialized folding conveyors.

HIERARCHICAL SEPARATING AND GRADING METHOD OF COAL GANGUE
The present disclosure provides a hierarchical separating and grading method of coal gangue, and belongs to the technical field of coal gangue treatment and resource utilization. According to differences in the composition and properties of coal gangue, especially differences in Hardgrove grindability index (HGI), the present disclosure performs hierarchical crushing and screening to separate coal gangue into coal, sand, stone and soil. The coal can be used as a fuel for a coal gangue power plant or as an ordinary fuel. The sand and stone can be used to prepare manufactured sand and stone. The soil can replace loess for filling or preparing a building material. Obviously, by separating coal gangue into different components through hierarchical separating and grading, the present disclosure can achieve all-components utilization and effective reduction of the coal gangue.

PROCESS FOR PREPARING WHITENED FLY ASH
A process for preparing whitened fly ash includes the steps of: (a) subjecting fly ash to a size classification step to obtain size classified fly ash having a particle size such that at least 90 wt % has a particle size of from 44 μm to 250 μm; (b) optionally, contacting the size classified fly ash from step (a) with water to form a slurry, wherein the slurry has a solid content of less than 40 wt %; (c) subjecting the slurry obtained in step (b) to an exhaustive magnetic separation step to form magnetically treated fly ash, wherein the exhaustive magnetic separation step includes a first magnetic extraction step and a second magnetic extraction step, wherein the second magnetic extraction step is carried out at a higher magnetic field strength than the first magnetic extraction step; and (d) subjecting the magnetically treated fly ash obtained in step (c) to milling to form whitened fly ash.
Nut sizer
A nut sizer includes a nut sizer frame and a rotatable nut sizer cage mounted therein. A motor is attached to the nut sizer frame at an intake end thereof. The motor will drive a drive sprocket which will in turn drive a reel sprocket that is connected to the rotatable sizer cage. A chain engages the drive sprocket and the reel sprocket. The sizer cage may be lifted from the nut sizer frame by removing the chain. The nut sizer cage is a sectioned sizer cage and includes a first sizer section and a second sizer section detachably connected thereto.
Dirt removal and piling machine
A dirt removal and piling machine is ideally suited for use in cleaning and piling individualized and non-uniformly shaped workpieces, preferably sugar beets but also potatoes, other tuber crops, and even with aggregate rocks for a tilting receiving station. A further aspect of the present machine includes a workpiece unloading or receiving station which can tip sideways after a dump truck unloads the workpieces and longitudinally drives therethrough. In another aspect, the machine also includes a cleaning station having rotatable rollers, an underlying dirt conveyor and a moveable dirt dumping conveyor, hopper or bucket adjacent an end of the dirt conveyor and external to the rollers. Furthermore, another aspect of the machine includes an automatic and/or robotic sampling arm which is operable to remove a tuber crop workpiece sample and automatically package the sample after the sample has moved through a cleaning station.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOVERING METAL FROM ASH
A system for recovering of metal and sand from incinerator ash material having an ash clarification assembly, a magnet to remove the ferrous from the heavy material; a sorting assembly, a drying cage or dewatering unit to dry the material; and a separation assembly to remove the aluminium from the material. Methods are included as well.
Apparatus for washing and grading sand and aggregate
An apparatus for washing and grading sand and aggregate includes an aggregate grading and washing screen with a plurality of vertically stacked decks for producing a plurality of aggregate products therefrom, and at least one sump for collecting undersize material comprising sand and water from the plurality of decks. A plurality of sand washing and grading units each include a first hydrocyclone, a vibratory screen having a deck, and a sump beneath the deck for receiving undersize material and water passing through the deck. The deck of the vibratory screen receives an underflow from the first hydrocyclone. A further hydrocyclone receives undersize material and water from the vibratory screen's sump. Underflow from the further hydrocyclone is delivered onto the deck of the vibratory screen. The first hydrocyclone of each sand washing and grading unit receives undersize material and water from the sump of the aggregate washing and grading screen.
