MULTI-ANGLE CARCASS WASH SYSTEMS, WASH CABINETS INCLUDING SAME, AND RELATED METHODS
20220369656 · 2022-11-24 ·

A multi-angle wash system for cleaning carcass, wherein the wash system comprises a multi-angle fluid distribution unit; a rotating unit; a spray unit fluidly and operably coupled to the multi-angle fluid distribution unit; and a guiding unit operably coupled to the spray unit or the multi-angle fluid distribution unit. The multi-angle fluid distribution unit comprises a connecting element that is configured to operably couple with the spray unit such that the spray unit oscillates in correspondence to the rotation of the rotating unit. The spray unit comprises a guiding element and nozzle sprays. The guiding unit comprises a co-guiding element that has a reciprocate structure to the guiding element of the spray unit such that the guiding unit facilitates the oscillation of the spray unit in correspondence to the rotation of the rotating unit.

ELECTRICAL SEPARATION SYSTEM FOR MULTI-STAGE BRUSHLESS CAR WASH SYSTEM
20230182690 · 2023-06-15 ·

A multi-stage brushless car wash system is disclosed. The multi-stage brushless car wash system includes an electrical separation system stage, a first wash stage, and a second wash stage that are independently controlled to wash an exterior of a vehicle. The electrical separation system stage generates an electrical potential on a surface of the vehicle. The electrical potential is greater than a zeta potential of road film thereby aiding in the removal of road film in the multi-stage brushless car wash system. The electrical separation system stage applies a plurality of different electrically charged chemical solutions onto the vehicle to generate the electrical potential. The chemical solutions may include at least one of an alkaline based solution or an acid based solution.

Membrane cleaning apparatus

A membrane cleaning apparatus for removing particles from a membrane, the apparatus including a membrane support and an electric field generating mechanism. The membrane support is for supporting the membrane. The electric field generating mechanism is for generating an electric field in the vicinity of the membrane when supported by the membrane support. The electric field generating mechanism may include: one or more collector electrodes; and a mechanism for applying a voltage across a membrane supported by the membrane support and the or each of the one or more collector electrodes.

Electroporation apparatuses and their method of use

The device uses pulsed electric fields to prevent the growth of biofilm and the attachment of bacteria to targeted surfaces. The device sets up an electric field around or surrounding the surface itself. These pulsed electric fields disrupt biofilm formation and bacterial attachment to surfaces. The device is meant to prevent the formation of biofilm or attachment of bacteria to a surface as opposed to disinfecting the surface.

Cleaning method and substrate processing apparatus
