Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a cleaning device and a method of cleaning a nozzle, and relate to the technical field of semiconductor manufacturing. The cleaning device includes: a body configured to surround the nozzle, where the body includes a body inlet and a body outlet; and at least one row of first runners configured to introduce a cleaning agent, where the first runners are arranged along an outer circumference of the body, an outlet of each of the first runners communicates with the body, and a cleaning position is formed at the outlet of the first runner.
Systems and methods for maintaining pipes
A motorized apparatus for use in maintaining a pipe having a sidewall is provided. The motorized apparatus includes a body assembly sized to fit within and to travel along an interior cavity of the pipe. The body assembly includes a first end and a second end and extending along a longitudinal axis. The body assembly also includes a plurality of leg assemblies coupled circumferentially around the body assembly. Each leg assembly includes a telescoping portion, a bias member coupled to the telescoping portion, and a drive mechanism configured to interact with the sidewall as the body assembly travels along the pipe. The body assembly also includes at least one sensor configured to collect data associated with a force between the sidewall and the drive mechanism, and an actuator assembly coupled to each leg assembly and configured to independently actuate each the leg assembly.
Injector needle cleaning apparatus and method
The present disclosure is a food injection needle cleaning system and method. The food injection needle cleaning system comprises a cleaning fluid tank coupled to high-pressure pump configured to pump cleaning fluid through at least one inlet, a channel, and at least one outlet of a food injection needle to dislodge and remove debris as well as sanitize the needle. The present disclosure comprises a high-pressure chamber configured to secure the food injection needle and seal around the needle such that fluid enters the needle through an inlet of the high-pressure chamber and exits the needle through a waste line.

The present disclosure is a food injection needle cleaning system and method. The food injection needle cleaning system comprises a cleaning fluid tank coupled to high-pressure pump configured to pump cleaning fluid through at least one inlet, a channel, and at least one outlet of a food injection needle to dislodge and remove debris as well as sanitize the needle. Apparatus for Generation of Air-Borne Spray to Remove Malodor and Contamination
There is provided a system and method of cleaning surfaces of an enclosable environment of a contamination comprising a microbial and viral load. The method includes the steps of sealing the enclosable environment and placing water, and a solid or gel pack, into a container and generating a vortex the container by rotating an impeller. The agitation causes the solid or gel pack to release a gaseous cleaning agent. An air-borne spray exiting from the container spreads throughout the enclosable environment to contact the surfaces to be cleaned within the enclosable environment. The enclosable environment is maintained closed for an effective time period while the air-borne spray dwells on the surfaces to eliminate or substantially reduce the load of the contamination.
VALVE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A VALVE
A valve which comprises a body (1), a closing member (2) movable in a space (11) between walls (9, 10) of the body transversely in relation to a flow passageway (3) provided through the body between at least two positions, a first position in which the flow passageway (3) is closed, and a second position in which the flow passageway is open, and an actuator (4) for moving the closing member (2) linearly between said at least two positions, which body (1) further comprises an edge part (12, 34). The valve comprises a cleaning arrangement in which an aperture (35, 36) for conducting a medium is arranged in the valve body (1), in a part of the body (1) located on the side of the closing member (2) actuator (4), and is configured to spray a cleaning medium into a part of the space located between walls (9, 10, 12, 34) of the space (11) and the closing member (2). The invention also relates to a method.
VALVE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A VALVE
A valve which comprises a body (1), a closing member (2) movable in a space (11) between walls (9, 10) of the body transversely in relation to a flow passageway (3) provided through the body between at least two positions, a first position in which the flow passageway (3) is closed, and a second position in which the flow passageway is open, and an actuator (4) for moving the closing member (2) linearly between said at least two positions, which body (1) further comprises an edge part (12, 34). The valve comprises a cleaning arrangement in which an aperture (35, 36) for conducting a medium is arranged in the valve body (1), in a part of the body (1) located on the side of the closing member (2) actuator (4), and is configured to spray a cleaning medium into a part of the space located between walls (9, 10, 12, 34) of the space (11) and the closing member (2). The invention also relates to a method.
Tool cleaning apparatus
A cleaning apparatus for a tool is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes a support structure having a first base portion, and a nozzle disposed on the first base portion of the support structure. The cleaning apparatus further includes circuitry that is communicatively coupled to an electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism and a robot. The circuitry determines a count of operation cycles of the tool coupled to an end-effector of the robot and instructs the robot to align the tool with the nozzle. The instruction is provided to the robot based on a determination that the determined count is greater than or equal to a threshold number. The circuitry controls the electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism based on whether the tool is aligned with the nozzle, to release a cleaning fluid through the nozzle for a first time-duration to clean the tool.
Tool cleaning apparatus
A cleaning apparatus for a tool is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes a support structure having a first base portion, and a nozzle disposed on the first base portion of the support structure. The cleaning apparatus further includes circuitry that is communicatively coupled to an electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism and a robot. The circuitry determines a count of operation cycles of the tool coupled to an end-effector of the robot and instructs the robot to align the tool with the nozzle. The instruction is provided to the robot based on a determination that the determined count is greater than or equal to a threshold number. The circuitry controls the electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism based on whether the tool is aligned with the nozzle, to release a cleaning fluid through the nozzle for a first time-duration to clean the tool.
Facility, an unmanned vehicle and method for processing of dirty surgical instruments
The invention relates to a facility which has a dirty facility area and an adjacent clean facility area, baskets for receiving the dirty articles, and a wall separating the dirty area from the clean area, the dirty area including an entry door for receiving the dirty articles, pre-processing stations with tables for the pre-washing and/or sorting by a human operator, or even by a robotic operator, of the dirty articles and for arranging the pre-washed and/or sorted articles in the baskets, pick-up points at the pre-processing stations for pick-up of the baskets with the pre-washed and/or sorted articles, a plurality of washers, eg. machines operating in a manner similar to a dishwasher, positioned along the dividing wall, for washing the pre-washed and/or sorted articles arranged in the baskets, the washers having an inlet opening in the dirty area and an outlet opening for washed articles in the clean area, the clean area including processing stations with tables for processing by a human operator, or even a robotic operator, of the washed articles. One or more unmanned vehicles are configured for travelling on the floor of the dirty area at least between pick-up points and an inlet opening of the respective washers, each vehicle including a base with a front end and a rear end, an upper part with a loading platform configured for supporting the baskets, an on-board control device for receiving and executing mission information, each pre-processing station including a first type control device for direct or indirect communication with one or more of the vehicles, each washer including a respective second type control device for direct or indirect communication with the one or more vehicles and/or for direct or indirect communication with the first control devices, each first control device being for calling a vehicle to the pick-up point and/or for dispatching a vehicle from the pick-up point.
