Apparatus and systems with timer for air-borne cleaning of surfaces
There is provided a system and method of cleaning surfaces of an enclosable environment of a contamination comprising a microbial and viral load. The method includes the steps of sealing the enclosable environment and placing water, and a solid or gel pack, into a container and generating a vortex the container by rotating an impeller. The agitation causes the solid or gel pack to release a gaseous cleaning agent. An air-borne spray exiting from the container spreads throughout the enclosable environment to contact the surfaces to be cleaned within the enclosable environment. The enclosable environment is maintained closed for an effective time period while the air-borne spray dwells on the surfaces to eliminate or substantially reduce the load of the contamination.

Probe wash station for analytical instrumentation
A wash station includes a wash nozzle for cleaning an exterior portion of a probe and a basin allowing for waste fluid to be collected. The wash nozzle includes a vertically-elongate cavity with side slits on opposing side portions. A fluid inlet port may be connected to a side portion of the cavity to provide fluid. Fluid may additionally or alternatively come from within the probe. The basin includes an elongate body with an opened end to receive and secure the wash nozzle. One or more access slots may be provided on opposing side portions of the basin. The probe passes through an access slot or over a portion of the basin and through a side slit of the nozzle to enter the cavity for cleaning. A geometry of the cavity allows the wash nozzle to fill to a predetermined level while waste fluid flows out through the side slits.
APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR WASHING PLASTIC STORAGE BAGS
A bag washer for plastic storage bags is provided. The bag washer comprises a vertical component and a base component. The vertical component comprises a plurality of intersecting structs to form gaps. The vertical component is configured in size and shape to fit within a space between a first layer and a second layer of the plastic storage bag. The base component comprises a generally horizontal surface from which the vertical component extends.
Basin and high speed air solution
One embodiment provides a rinse basin and blower system configured to clean a pipette including: a rinse basin comprising: a hollow tube enclosed at one end; wherein the hollow tube comprises an upper port and a lower port; and the lower port being tapered toward the hollow tube; and wherein the rinse basin is connected to a blower system; the blower system comprising: a waste reservoir that receives, from the rinse basin, a waste product comprising: air and liquid, wherein the waste reservoir separates the liquid from the air; a dryer that receives the air from the waste reservoir and further separates any remaining liquid from the air; and a blower that receives the air from the dryer and exhausts the air.

Floating roof tank scarifying system
A scarifying rig may be mounted on the surface of a floating roof to move about the perimeter of the roof. The rig comprises a trolley, one or more support rails fixed on the trolley, and a horizontal arm mounted on the support rails for controlled movement along the support rails. A vertical rail is attached substantially to the end of the horizontal arm for reciprocating vertical movement (up and down) about the end of the horizontal arm. A nozzle assembly is mounted to the vertical rail.
Forced thin film-type flow reactor and method for operating same
A forced thin film-type flow reactor is provided with a clearance adjustment mechanism that allows the clearance to be set and adjusted by an alternative means. The flow reactor processes a fluid to be processed by passing the fluid to be processed between a first processing surface and a second processing surface capable of moving towards and away from each other, and the flow reactor comprises a pressure balancing mechanism and a mechanical clearance mechanism. The pressure balancing mechanism forms a minute first clearance by providing pressure balance between the pressure applied by the fluid to be processed, which acts in the direction in which the first processing surface and the second processing surface move away from each other, and a force produced by a back pressure mechanism, which acts in the direction in which the first processing surface and the second processing surface move towards each other.
