A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a housing, a plurality of rollers positioned inside the housing, a display unit including a display panel and a module cover having at least one apron, of which at least a portion is connected to each other, and a driver including a motor assembly, an upper bar coupled to an upper part of the display unit, and at least one support portion having one side coupled to both ends of the upper bar and the other side coupled to the motor assembly and moving up and down the upper bar. The display panel and the module cover are in a first state in which they are wound around the roller or a second state in which they are unwound from the roller, contact each other, and are exposed to the outside of the housing.

The invention relates to a method for an oriented deposition of hexagonal profiled rods (2) with their longitudinal edges (5) pointing downward in the direction of a stacking table (9) in a stacking installation (1). In doing so, an initial number of n-profiled rods (2) is provided on a feed table (8) and a stacking shaft (11) is built with the corresponding width (14). Then, several first transfer arms (17) are adjusted as protruding over the stacking shaft (11) on the side facing away from the feed table (8) and the profiled rods (2) are placed by means of a transfer device (10) on the support surfaces (18) arranged on the transfer arms (17) as well as are held by the transfer device (10) lying adjacent to one another. The transfer arms (17) are re-adjusted and, in doing so, the first profiled rod (2) is placed in the guide areas (21) aligned sloping on the transfer arms (17) as well as swiveled along its longitudinal axis. In case of further adjustment of the transfer arms (17), the first profiled rod (2) is lowered on the stacking shaft bottom (15) guided at the first stacking shaft walls (12) as well as the guide areas (21). The further profiled rods (2) are similarly swiveled and are lowed on the stacking shaft bottom (15) always adjacent to one another. The invention also related to an installation for an oriented deposition of profiled rods (2).

Descaling device for the interior of tubes and descaling process

The descaling device (100) of the interior of a tube (1) comprises a supporting structure (9), a conveyor (2) for conveying the tube (1) with an inclinable stretch to arrange the tube in an inclined position by an angle with respect to the horizontal plane, a lance (3) with nozzles (4) to spray a fluid inside the tube (1) to carry out the operation of descaling the inner surface. The lance (3) is fixed to guides (7) above the conveyor (2) in an inclined position with respect to the horizontal plane, and may axially slide within the tube (1) during the descaling operation by spraying water into the tube.

A bidirectional transfer device (30) for transferring elongated intermediate products (b2b) of the second casting line (2b) alternatively in a first direction from the second casting line (2b) to the first casting line (2a) to align the elongated intermediate product (b2b) with the rolling mill (10) or in a second direction from the at least second casting line (2b) to a cooling bed (40).

Method for coiling and on-line inspection of a continuously-rolled metal strip, involving continuous coiling on at least one mandrel of a coiling station, preferably of carousel type, wherein: the strip is cut by a shears situated before the coiling station, advances over a certain length on an insertion table so as to at least partially cover this table and is then cut a second time by the shears in order to obtain a specimen; the coiling performed on the mandrel is terminated and the coil is discharged from the coiling station; at the same time, the insertion table bearing the specimen is moved parallel to the rolling-coiling line until it lies in an inspection line comprising an inspection table; the specimen is inspected on the inspection table so that faults can be detected; once the specimen has left the insertion table, the latter is placed back in the rolling-coiling line.

Support roller

A support roller, particularly for rolling mill systems or equipment for casting, conveying or straightening metal products, including a cylindrical roller axle, a hollow cylindrical outer ring arranged concentrically in relation to the roller axle, and a plurality of rolling bodies arranged between the roller axle and the outer ring. The roller axle further including a cavity, at least in certain sections between its central axis and a load introduction point. Due to the provision of the cavity the load rating and the service life of the support roller are increased.

The processing line has a cut to length portion, a conveyor, a destacker, and an apparatus for descaling the sheet metal by propelling one of grit and slurry against the sheet metal using an impeller wheel. The descaling apparatus has pinch rollers in an interior of the descaling apparatus. The processing line is configurable for processing a coil format by directing the sheet metal from the cut to length portion of the processing line through the descaling apparatus via the conveyor without processing through the destacker. The processing line is alternatively configurable for processing individual sheets of the sheet metal by directing the sheet metal from the destacker through the descaling apparatus via the conveyor without processing in the cut to length portion.

This is achieved by the production plant having four slab or strip cutting devices (10, 14, 17, 24), which are arranged upstream and downstream of the roller hearth furnace (2), in a section along the length of the roller hearth furnace (2) and on the outlet side of a first separate roll line (12) of the rolling mill (3).
