Pin reforming tool
A tool for reforming printed circuit board backplane connector pins on a rod control system. The pin reforming tool of this invention is aligned into a card cage using existing card guides and locates itself around the backplane connector. The tool uses a uniquely designed die (that can be set up for one or multiple pin applications) that precisely engages into the connector and around the pin or pins to be reformed, with the assistance of a zig zag alignment guide matched specifically for the pin spacing. A consistent reforming force is applied via a force applicator structured to provide a force of a preselected magnitude.
Adjustable internal support restraint device for roundness control of cabin component
Disclosed is an adjustable internal support restraint device for roundness control of a cabin component. The present disclosure solves the problem that the existing cabin components are prone to roundness distortion in a heat treatment process. The adjustable internal support restraint device includes a central limiting column and at least two circumferential ejecting correcting assemblies that are coaxially mounted on the central limiting column in a sleeving manner. Each circumferential ejecting correcting assembly includes a mounting piece and a plurality of ejector blocks. The mounting piece is mounted on the central limiting column in a sleeving manner. The plurality of the ejector blocks are annularly arranged outside the mounting piece and are in threaded connection with the mounting piece. One side surface, close to the inner cavity profile of a cabin, of each ejector block and the inner cavity profile of the cabin are arranged according to the shapes.

Large diameter pipe rounding tool and method of use
An apparatus and method for re-rounding a distorted end (e.g., oval-shaped) of a pipe for insertion into a mechanical joint fitting or pipe bell have a circular diameter. The apparatus involves two separate semi-circular members having jack bolt assemblies evenly distributed in each. The two ends of each of the semi-circular members have extensions that can be releasably coupled to join to the two members to form a circular re-rounding tool. A first semi-circular member is positioned on the maximum diameter side of the distorted pipe and the other semi-circular member is placed on the opposite side of the distorted pipe and extensions joined. With an equal number of jack bolt assemblies in each member, corresponding jack bolt assemblies in the two members are diametrically aligned forming pairs. To re-round the distorted end, pairs of these jack bolt assemblies are tightened in a “star sequence” to re-round the distorted end. The re-rounded end is inserted into the mechanical joint fitting or pipe bell and the extensions are decoupled to easily remove the circular tool from the re-rounded end.
