FORMING DEVICE
A forming device includes a blow-forming die and a shielding member. The blow-forming die includes a first die that protrudes from a first die holder towards a second die holder and a second die that protrudes from the second die holder towards the first die holder. The shielding member is configured to extend from the first die holder to the second die holder before the blow-forming die commences forming a flange part of a pipe in a sub-cavity part. The sub-cavity part is between a main cavity part and the shielding member. The shielding member is separated from the first die and the second die.
Tube shaping tool
This disclosure provides a tube shaping tool for a torque mechanism to modify a tube end. The tube shaping tool can include a cup and an internal assembly. The internal tube assembly can include a stem and an internal body. The stem can be received by the torque mechanism and transmit torque generated from the torque mechanism to the components of the tube shaping tool. The tube shaping tool can roll form the outside diameter of the tube end using standard bearings and a flange bearing attached to the internal body. The flange bearing can also include a flange that can provide facing of the tube end.
Light fixture installation apparatus and methods
A foldable mounting collar includes first and second collar segments. Each collar segment includes a planar annular segment that substantially subtends a semicircle, a collar flange that, when the planar annular segment is horizontal, extends vertically downward along an inner periphery of the planar annular segment, such that the collar flange forms a cylindrical portion, and two hinge flanges that, when the planar annular segment is horizontal, extend upwardly from each end of the semicircle formed by each planar annular segment. The mounting collar further includes pivot means that hingedly couple pairs of the hinge flanges of the collar segments. The second collar segment can rotate, relative to the first collar segment, through at least a polar angle range sufficient for the mounting collar to fit through an aperture having a diameter defined by the cylindrical portions of the collar flanges when both collar segments are horizontal.
Method for producing stamped parts
A stamped or fine-blanked, workpiece is inserted in an embossing device, and the burr created on the workpiece during stamping or fine blanking is rounded by way of a die of the embossing device and the height of the rollover created during stamping or fine blanking is decreased using the same stroke of the embossing device by way of which the burr rounding is carried out.
Hand held flaring tool
A hand held flaring tool for flaring an end of a tube includes a body portion and a handle portion. The body portion receives the tube therein and includes a locking actuator operable to actuate a locking mechanism to secure the tube in the body portion. The body portion includes a flaring actuator operable to actuate a flaring mechanism to flare the end of the tube when the tube is secured in the body portion. The handle portion includes a grip portion that is grasped by a user's hand for supporting the body portion of the flaring tool during a flaring process of the tube. While the user is holding the handle portion to support the hand held flaring tool, the user is able to access and actuate first and second user inputs disposed at and accessible at the handle portion to actuate the locking actuator and flaring actuator.

Tray bender
A tray bender allows a user to easily and efficiently bend a tubing tray or similar item. The tray bender includes a shaft and a tray-bending head. The shaft is an elongated, tubular structure which acts as a gripping element of the tray bender. The tray-bending head is a specifically designed structure which is used to engage the tray bender with a tubing tray or similar item. The user can apply an input force onto the end of the shaft opposite to the tray-bending head in order to provide a torque force to bend a tubing tray or similar. The tray-bending head is designed with prong-like structures with a gap space in between each prong-like structure to receive a tubing tray or similar item.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESS FORMED PRODUCT
A press formed product is disclosed. A method for manufacturing the press formed product is a method for manufacturing the press formed product including applying press processing including stretch flange forming to a single metal sheet of one sheet material after performing shearing processing of the metal sheet to manufacture the press formed product. When a region where a stretch flange crack is estimated to be likely to occur when the single metal sheet is press formed by the press processing is set as a stretch flange crack region, the press processing is applied after heating and cooling the end surface of the metal sheet positioned in the stretch flange crack region and at least the end surface in the end surface and the vicinity thereof in the single metal sheet after the shearing processing.
