Punching processing method, method of manufacturing press-formed product, and press-formed product
The punching processing method of the present invention is a punching processing method in which a metallic sheet material 1a is sequentially subjected to multiple punching processing steps by a punch and a die, comprising, in first step punching processing, forming a first step punched surface 2 on the sheet material 1a, and then in second step punching processing, forming a second step punched surface 3 on the sheet material 1a by punching the sheet material 1a such that the second step punched surface 3 and the first step punched surface 2 are crossed with each other, thereby forming matching portions 5 at positions where the first step punched surface 2 and the second step punched surface 3 intersect, wherein after the first step punching processing and before the second step punching process, the method further comprises subjecting the sheet material 1a to swaging processing that sandwiches and crushes matching portion forming portions 5a of the sheet material 1a, which will form the matching portions 5, from a top surface TS side and a back surface BS side of the sheet material 1a.
DIE-PRESSING PUNCH CAPABLE OF ADJUSTING INITIAL LOAD OF COIL SPRING IN ACCORDANCE WITH MATERIAL OF WORKPIECE, DIE-PRESSING DIE SET, AND BEVELING METHOD
A die-pressing punch used for die-pressing a workpiece includes a punch guide, a punch body that is provided vertically movably and non-rotatable about its axial center with respect to the punch guide, a punch head screw-fitted with the punch head. The die-pressing punch further includes a roller unit that is provided inside the punch guide beneath the punch body vertically movably and has a rotatable roller protruding downward from a bottom face of the punch guide, and an urging member that is provided between the punch body and the roller unit and urges the roller unit downward. The die-pressing punch further includes a joint member that is jointed with the punch head non-rotatably about the axial center, and an operable member. The operable member switches. joint member between a rotatable state and a non-rotatable state about the axial center with revect to the punch guide.

DIE-PRESSING DIE HAVING DUST COLLECTION PASSAGE AT PERIPHERAL EDGE PORTION OF ROLLER UNIT
A die-pressing die used for die-pressing a workpiece includes a die body on whose upper face a die hole is formed and on whose bottom face a discharge hole for discharging dusts of the workpiece is formed, and a roller unit disposed within the die hole and having a roller protruding upward from the upper face of the die body. A collection passage for collecting the dusts is formed at a peripheral edge portion of the die hole. One end of the collection passage is opened at the upper face of the die body, and another end thereof is opened to the discharge hole. The collection passage is configured to suction air due to a negative pressure state in the discharge hole.
PLATE-TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME
A plate type heat exchanger wherein the heat transfer assembly includes a plurality of heat transfer shells stacked in multiple layers.
DRIP EDGE
A customizable roof drip edge system includes an inner footing, an outer section, and a tail integrally formed with the inner footing and the outer section. The tail is nailable to a roof substrate. The outer section includes a bridging member connecting the tail to an outer footing. The bridging member and the outer footing are configured for directing the flow of water off of a roof. The inner footing is spaced from the outer footing by a suitable distance and configured to be placed against an eave as a positioning aid such that the drip edge can easily and reliably be installed with sufficient spacing for the installation of a fascia board after installation of the drip edge. The drip edge may be bendable to user-selectable angles between the tail and the inner footing and outer section to accommodate a range of roof pitches.
COLLAR ASSEMBLY FOR SECURING CONSUMABLES OF AN ARC WELDING APPARATUS
An arc welding apparatus includes a conductor tube assembly that has a collar assembly with a collar body that is biased by a spring. A consumable assembly is mechanically secured to the conductor tube and displaces the collar body and the collar body imparts a biasing force against the consumable assembly pretensioning the consumable assembly on the conductor tube assembly.
