Process of using Arkansas net energy formulations of feed ingredients for broiler production
This invention relates generally to a process of using Arkansas net energy formulations of feed ingredients for broiler production. In calculating energy requirements, the invention accounts for the heat generated due to maintaining body composition as well as the energy accretion from gain. The process is configured be incorporated into and utilized by a system for formulating feed rations.

APPARATUS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF ANIMAL BEDDING MATERIAL AND/OR FEEDSTUFF
The invention relates to apparatus for dispensing feed and/or bedding material for animals. The apparatus includes a body mounted on a base and the body includes a hopper for the said material and a rotor assembly to dispense the material from the hopper, said body movable with respect to the base and/or said rotor assembly movable with respect to the hopper to allow the condition of operation of the apparatus to be selected between a condition for best dispensing feed material and a condition for best dispensing bedding material. The apparatus is typically mounted on a transport vehicle. The selective movement of the body and/or rotor assembly, and typically other control functions can be controlled by a person operating control means which communicate with the apparatus via a wireless communication system and the apparatus can include a power supply to allow the same to be powered to operate independently of the transport vehicle and said power supply may be charged by operation of the rotor assembly.
Container for pet treats
The silent pet treats dispenser has a bottom wall with a sidewall extending upwardly from the bottom wall. The sidewall is provided with an aperture. A closure attaches to a top end of the sidewall and has a flange extending inside of the container. The flange has an aperture with the same size and shape as the aperture in the container sidewall. The closure can be silently rotated from a first position where the aperture in the flange aligns with the aperture in the sidewall to a second position where the apertures are not aligned. In the first position, the aperture in the sidewall is closed, preventing dispensing of the contents of the container. A tab extends from the flange and through the aperture in the sidewall to facilitate movement of the closure from the first position to the second open position.

Animal feed mechanism with feed agitator assembly
An animal feed mechanism with feed agitator assembly includes a feed bin, a funnel-shaped boot attached to a bottom of the feed bin, an agitator system installed in the boot, and a conveying device for conveying feed out of the boot. The agitator system is installed using boot mount brackets attached to end walls of the boot, and holes cut in the sidewalls of the boot after the boot mount brackets are attached. The boot mount brackets each include a lower ledge with a sufficient length to block the free flow of feed out of the holes cut in the sidewalls of the boot due to the angle of repose of the feed. The agitator system includes a motor driven agitator shaft with radial projections that can be inserted through the holes cut in the boot and supported at each end by bearings attached to the boot mount brackets.
BALE RIPPER ASSEMBLY FOR FEED MIXER APPARATUS
A bale ripper assembly for pulling plant material from a bale may comprise a bale ripper device supportable on an auger of a feed mixer apparatus and having a first face and a second face with a perimeter. The perimeter may include a leading perimeter portion for orienting in a direction of movement of the device when the device is mounted on the auger of the mixer apparatus and the auger is rotated. The leading perimeter portion of the perimeter may include a plurality of sections with each section of the plurality of sections being oriented at an angle with respect to an adjacent said section of the leading perimeter portion. An outboard pair of the sections form an outboard tooth of the bale ripper device. The leading perimeter portion of the perimeter may have an edge face that extends between the first and second faces, and the edge face may be blunt.
Food Delivery and Feeding System
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for a food delivery and feeding. An apparatus may comprise: a housing, the housing comprising a housing outlet; and a storage compartment contained within the housing the storage compartment configured to store a plurality of food items for feeding one or more pets. The storage compartment may comprise a storage compartment outlet and two rotatable wheels. The apparatus may also comprise an ejection device contained within the housing. The ejection device may be configured to eject one or more of the plurality of food items. Rotation of the two rotatable wheels causes the one or more of the plurality of food items to move from the storage compartment through the storage compartment outlet to the ejection device.
