SEALING APPARATUS, SEALING AND CUTTING DEVICE, AND PROCESSING METHOD
A sealing apparatus (10, 10), comprising a sealing base plate (1, 1), pressing parts (2, 2), and a sealing turntable (3, 3), wherein a plurality of pressing parts are enclosed at one end to form a shrink hole (101, 101), and the sealing turntable drives the plurality of pressing parts to move synchronously so as to continuously shrink or expand the shrink hole. A sealing and cutting device, comprising the sealing apparatus (10, 10), a cutting apparatus (20, 20) and a conveying apparatus (70, 70), wherein the conveying apparatus is arranged at a first end of the sealing apparatus so as to convey a material (60) along a set direction, and the cutting apparatus is arranged at a second end of the sealing apparatus for use in cutting the material.
Device and method for forming pipe elements
A combination of roller tools is used to cold work a pipe element and impart a desired shape to the sidewall. The roller tools are movably mounted on a frame. Segments of the roller tools align with one another during operation. The roller tools are used in a method of roll forming wherein the sidewall of the pipe element is compressed between the rollers.

Multi-component quick assembly handle and method of making same
A multi-component quick assembly handle includes a first tubular member made of a permanently deformable material and having a first end permanently formed with a predetermined diameter (x) and connecting to a second end forming a remaining portion of said first tubular member of a smaller diameter (xa), a second tubular member made of a permanently deformable material having a first end with a predetermined diameter (x) and connecting a second end having a larger diameter (x+b) and an inner diameter (y) to complementary receive by way of a friction fit said second end of said first tubular member. A method of forming multi-component quick assembly handle employs male and female tools to accomplish this.
Device and method for producing at least partially closed profiles or tubular components from metal sheet
The invention relates to a device and method for producing at least partially closed profiles from metal sheet, having a first tool part, a second tool part, and at least one supporting core. The insertion movement of the supporting core between the bending jaws is limited by a stop and, in its insertion position limited by the stop, protrudes with respect to the bending jaws in the direction of the die, in that the supporting core is arranged on a carrier that is movable relative to the die, and in that the bending jaws are assigned at least one displacement element connected rigidly thereto, the displacement element coming into contact with the carrier when the bent metal sheet portion engages around the supporting core.
Drive Cleat Tool
Representative implementations of devices and techniques provide a tool that is used to prepare a squished C channel (Drive Cleat) segment for installation on HVAC duct work. In various embodiments, the tool includes a blade at one end of the tool that is configured to fit within the channel of the drive cleat, to open the channel a predetermined amount. Additionally, the tool can include a pocket portion on the other end of the tool that includes an opening for inserting a drive cleat portion into, for bending the drive cleat portion.
Radial press
A radial press is provided with a base structure, a pressing tool accommodated therein and a drive unit. The pressing tool comprises a number of base jaws which are arranged about a press axis and can be moved by the drive unit towards or away from the press axis in a synchronous manner and radially in relation to said press axis, and substantially wedge-shaped press-jaw heads can be exchangeably attached to the base jaws. A plurality of press-jaw head sets is stored in an associated magazine, the press-jaw head sets being for different press diameters. The press-jaw heads have two markings on at least one axial end side directly adjacent to both wedge surfaces. In addition, the two respective opposing markings of two neighboring press-jaw heads are aligned with one another. Markings that are different from one another are provided for different press-jaw head sets.

Apparatus and Method for Producing a Peripheral Groove in an End Portion of a Metal Tube
The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for producing a peripheral groove (101) in an end portion (103) of a metal tube (100), in particular a metal tube (100) which is to be coated on the inside, the groove (101) being set up for receiving tube connectors, having a first, rotationally driven roller (3), a second, freely rotating roller (5), the first roller (3) having a roughened or structured surface (6) relative to the second roller (5), a pressing device (15) for producing a relative movement between the first and second roller (3, 5), between a first and a second position, the rollers (3, 5) assuming a first spacing from one another in the first position, which first spacing permits an introduction of a wall of the tube between the rollers (3, 5), and assuming a smaller, second spacing from one another in the second position, which second spacing is smaller than a material thickness (M) of the wall of the tube.
It is proposed according to the invention that the first, driven roller (3) is set up to grip the tube from the outside in the second position and to rotate it, with the result that a peripheral groove (101) is pressed into the tube in the second position when the first roller (3) is driven.
