An adjustable joining machine is provided. In another aspect, a workpiece-joining apparatus includes a punch and/or die with an automatically adjustable joining position. A further aspect employs a workpiece-clinching or piercing apparatus including an automatically adjustable punch and/or die. A method of clinching or piercing workpiece sheets includes changing a position of a punch and/or die based on a sensed workpiece characteristic.
STICK CURVATURE CORRECTION DEVICE
Provided is a stick curvature correction device that can determine a curvature of a stick with a simple structure and correct a curvature of a curved stick. The stick curvature correction device includes a curvature detection unit, a center push-up unit, a stick holding unit, and a stick correction unit. The curvature detection unit includes two-end push-up units, and a multi-point sensor unit. The center push-up unit causes a curved stick to axially rotate to be in a mountain bow state, and pushes up a part between a left end and a center of the stick. The stick holding unit holds the right end of the stick, and holds the stick slidably in a direction of the left end of the stick. The stick correction unit applies a force in a direction opposite to a curve direction of the put stick and corrects a curvature of the curved stick.
Manufacturing device for laminated iron core
A device for manufacturing a laminated iron core includes a die and a punch configured to punch iron core pieces out of a thin-plate workpiece, a squeeze ring in which the iron core pieces are laminated, and a back-pressure device configured to apply back pressure to the laminated iron core pieces from a side opposite to the punch in a forward-backward direction of the punch. The back-pressure device includes a support body configured to move in the forward-backward direction, a biasing member configured to bias the laminated iron core pieces toward the punch, a drive device having an output shaft, and a conversion mechanism configured to convert rotary motion of the output shaft into linear motion of the support body in the forward-backward direction.
CUTTING SYSTEM FOR SOFT MATERIALS USING REPLACEABLE BLADES
A system may include a blade die, a first clamping caul positioned on a first side of the blade die, and a second clamping caul positioned on a second side of the blade die. A molding surface of the blade die and a molding surface of the first clamping caul may be configured to bend a first interchangeable blade positioned therebetween into a first shape in response to a first compression force. A second molding surface of the blade die and a molding surface of the second clamping caul may be configured to bend a second interchangeable blade positioned therebetween into a second shape in response to a second compression force.
Laminate shear forming machine with dynamic pressure adjustment
Systems and methods are provided for designing composite parts. One embodiment is a laminate shear forming machine configured to shape a composite charge. The laminate shear forming machine includes a layup mandrel including a surface for shaping the composite charge, forming members configured to press the composite charge against the surface of the layup mandrel to shape the composite charge, and pressure sensing strips configured to measure pressure between the forming members and the composite charge. The laminate shear forming machine also includes a forming controller coupled to the pressure sensing strips and configured to determine that at least one forming member is applying pressure to the composite charge outside a pressure range, and to direct the at least one forming member to adjust from a first position to a second position to apply pressure to the composite charge within the pressure range.
Apparatus and method for handling bars
An apparatus for handling bars includes a store provided with one or more containing elements, with a respective bundle or group of bars positioned in each. A feed station is located downstream of the store and configured to transfer the bars to a destination station. A removal device of the bars is associated with the feed station and is configured to remove the bars from at least one containing element of the store and transfer them onto the feed station. Movement means of the store, suitable to take at least one of said containing elements into correspondence with the removal device, are also included.
STAMPING DEVICE AND MULTI-LANE SHELL STAMPING SYSTEM
A stamping device and a multi-lane shell stamping system, wherein the stamping device is used for simultaneous stamping of multiple shells, including a plurality of stamping die sets arranged in an array. Each stamping die set includes an upper die and a lower die. The upper die is integrally formed, and the outer diameter of the upper die is larger than that of the lower die, and the bottom edge of the upper die forms a locating part for the curling of the shell to be processed. The device and system eliminates the movable locating cup, which can avoid the difficulty of mounting and dismounting the die due to the compact six-lane structure. It also adopts the method of directly increasing the diameter of the upper die, which not only avoids the mounting and dismounting of the locating cup, but also realizes the locating effect of the shell.
MOBILE MACHINE TOOL
A mobile machine tool includes a main body, a machine bed head, and an end effector. The main body permits the machine tool to stand on the ground. The machine bed head is cantilevered relative to the main body. The end effector is guided on the machine bed head by a positioning system. The machine bed head is attached to the main body by a mechanically overdetermined frame.
FLATTENING DEVICE, CONVEYING APPARATUS AND PROCESSING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a flattening device, comprising: a rack; a material-pressing component, which is provided on the rack and has a material-pressing part; a material-guiding component, which is provided on the rack and has a material-guiding part corresponding to the material-pressing part, the material-pressing part and the material-guiding part being configured to be able to bear against two sides of a sheet material respectively, so as to form a flattening channel between the material-guiding part and the material-pressing part; and an adjusting component, which drives at least one of the material-pressing component and the material-guiding component to move, so as to adjust the distance between the material-pressing part and the material-guiding part. Further disclosed are a material-conveying apparatus including the flattening device and a sheet material processing system comprising the material-conveying apparatus.
Bending machine
A bending machine including a rack, the rack is provided with a feeding mechanism, one side of the feeding mechanism is provided with a pressing mechanism capable of pressing a workpiece firmly, and one side of the pressing mechanism is provided with a bending mechanism capable of bending the workpiece inside the bending mechanism. The bending machine is simple in structure, high in production and capable of reducing labor cost.
