Stove, flame port structure disposed in a stove and method of making flame port structure
A flame port structure for burning a gas includes a first continuous spiral strip, a second continuous spiral strip and a first outflow passage. The first continuous spiral strip has a first side edge, a second side edge and a first plurality of annular segments, and the second continuous spiral strip has a third side edge, a fourth side edge and a second plurality of annular segments, wherein each of the first plurality of annular segments and each of the second plurality of annular segments respectively have two first longitudinal opposite surfaces and two second longitudinal opposite surfaces. The first outflow passage has a first defining wall formed on each of the first respective longitudinal surfaces from the first side edge to the second side edge. The first outflow passage is structured so that the gas produces a specific combustion.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A PERFORATED PLATE, PERFORATED PLATE, SHAPED PART, AND PROCESSING DEVICE
A method of manufacturing a perforated sheet which has at least one hole. The method includes introducing at least two spaced boreholes into a sheet, the at least two spaced boreholes being formed so that they each pass through a thickness of the sheet, introducing a continuous cut between the at least two spaced boreholes in the sheet, and bending open a section of the sheet which is adjacent to the continuous cut so as to form a hole.
Roof Deck
Decking with a panel of uniform thickness sheet metal has a repeating pattern of top flanges and bottom flanges connected by webs therebetween. At least one flange is made up of a plurality of folded-layer segments adjacent to each other in a stacked position to increase the thickness of the flange. Additionally a structural member extending along a longitudinal axis has a uniform thickness plate folded back onto itself about the longitudinal axis or an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis to increase the thickness and provide greater resistance to buckling in response to compressive forces. Such structural members not only provides certain structural advantages but also may provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Pre-assembled module for a device for the layer-wise production of patterns
The instant invention relates to a method for changing characteristics of a plastic component, wherein a medium is introduced into the plastic component, which encompasses a porosity and wherein the medium forms a homogenous compound with the plastic component by at least partially dissolving the plastic component.
Pet nail clipper
A pet nail clipper is provided. The pet nail clipper includes an upper arm and a lower arm. The upper arm includes a handle portion and a cutting portion having a blade. The lower arm also includes a handle portion and a cutting portion having a blade. A pivot bolt pivotally connects the upper arm and the lower arm together in between the handle portions and the cutting portions. A spring is attached to the upper arm and the lower arm. The spring biases the handle portions away from one another and biases the cutting portions away from one another. A deburring plate and a styptic receptacle are secured to the handle portions of the arms.
Method for manufacturing spring member of sealing device
An inner circle and outer periphery punching step is performed in which a punching process is performed on a plate material made of a metal material to form an outline on an outer periphery side and a circle space on an inner periphery side, thereby forming an intermediate plate material. In an inner periphery bending step, the intermediate plate material is subjected to a bending process of bending a portion inside of a base circle that is a circle between an inner circle end portion and an outer circle, toward one side. In an inner periphery punching step, the intermediate plate material is subjected to a punching process of punching out inner periphery radial portions that are portions radially extending from the inner circle end portion, to form inner periphery slits extending inside of the outer circle in respective radial pieces. In an outer periphery bending step, the intermediate plate material is subjected to a bending process of bending a portion outside of the base circle from the base circle toward the one side, thereby forming a spring member.

STEELPAN MUSICAL INSTRUMENT HYDROFORMING PRESS
A machine can form a work piece into a bowl subcomponent of a steel pan musical instrument. The machine includes a pressure lid and a die mold. The die mold may be formed of non-metal layers stacked between metal layers. In example operation, a blank or work piece is inserted between the lid and die mold. The lid is pressed down (e.g., by a hydraulic ram), forcing a portion of the blank into a face groove of the die mold for sealing. Pressurized water or other fluid introduced between the lid and the blank exerts pressure on the sealed portion of the blank and stretches the blank to conform to a bowl shape of the die mold. Note regions can be introduced by this machine-performed shaping and/or by subsequent manual operations to further prepare the work piece for incorporation into a steel pan musical instrument.
WELDING ELECTRODE WITH RADIAL-SERRATED WELD FACE AND METHOD OF FORMING AND REFORMING WELD FACE
A welding electrode for an electric resistance welding process. The welding electrode includes a body extending along a center axis and terminating axially at a weld face for contacting a work face. The weld face defines a center along the axis and defines an outer edge spaced radially from the center. A plurality of senates are defined along the weld face. Each of the serrates projects axially away from the weld face and extends radially from the center axis to the outer edge of the weld face. A higher density of the plurality of serrates is formed proximate to the center axis than proximate to the outer circumference of the weld face. Methods for using the welding electrode and forming the senates on the welding electrode are also provided.
