The crimp portion (16) is bent inwards in the radial direction and pressing down a rear end of the sealing member (41) toward the top end side. A Micro Vickers hardness of a cross section along the axis direction of the crimp portion (16) is 140 to 210 Hv.

Method for Manufacturing a Fishing Jig
20190275578 · 2019-09-12 ·

A method of manufacturing a fishing jig hook allows a user to create a custom fishing jig hook that attracts fish. A user can attract specific fish by using jigs that mimic the appearances of the smaller bait fish that the target fish usually consumes. The fishing jig produced is reusable, thus reducing waste due to extended periods of fishing. Further, the fishing jig is bent to provide a hydrodynamic shape. The formed apparatus provides a malleable disk, a fishing jig hook, a metal-cutting tool, a folding rod, a ruler, a marker, a metal-puncturing tool, and at least one ornament. These tools include the necessary jig lure material required as well as the tools needed to subsequently shape that material.

Method for Manufacturing Electrode Assembly and Pressing Device for Electrode Assembly

Disclosed are a method for manufacturing an electrode assembly and a pressing device for the pressing electrode assembly.

According to the present invention, the electrode assembly on which a curved surface having a curvature radius, which conforms to a curvature radius that is originally intended to be formed, is formed may be manufactured.

Also, the electrode assembly on which a curved surface having a uniform curvature radius is formed by reducing or eliminating a difference between a curvature radius at a central portion of the electrode assembly and a curvature radius at each of both ends of the electrode assembly may be manufactured.

According to an aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object, provided is a method for manufacturing an electrode assembly, the method including: a step of preparing an electrode assembly including an electrode and a separator and a pressing unit pressing the electrode assembly; and a pressing step of pressing a top or bottom surface of the electrode assembly by using the pressing unit to form a curved surface on the electrode assembly, wherein the pressing step includes: pressing a plurality of areas, which are spaced apart from each other, on the top or bottom surface of the electrode assembly through the pressing unit without pressing an area between the plurality of areas.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SEPARATOR

A method for manufacturing a separator that can effectively prevent warpage is provided. A method for manufacturing a separator according to an embodiment includes disposing a separator material 10 including a flow path forming region 11 between a first upper die 51 and a first lower die 50, and pressing the separator material 10 using the first upper die 51 and the first lower die 50 to thereby form a first recessed and projected shape 13 in the flow path forming region 11 and form a second recessed and projected shape 14 outside the flow path forming region 11.

A method of preventing blood leakage through a septum of a catheter assembly when a needle is disposed within a slit of the septum may include providing a lubricant within multiple gaps disposed between an outer surface of the needle and the slit. The lubricant may include a viscosity greater than 1,000 centipoise. Providing the lubricant within the multiple gaps may include applying the lubricant to the outer surface of the needle, and inserting the lubricated needle distally through the slit of the septum. Providing the lubricant within the multiple gaps may include applying the lubricant to a tip of a septum actuator of the catheter assembly, and penetrating the septum with the lubricated septum actuator. Providing the lubricant within the plurality of gaps may include dispensing the lubricant within the slit of the septum prior to insertion of the septum into the lumen of the catheter adapter.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING AT LEAST ONE COMPONENT ELEMENT FOR A FURNITURE FITTING
20240149319 · 2024-05-09 ·

A method for producing a component element for a furniture fitting, in particular a rail, includes the following steps to be carried out in chronological order: providing a planar sheet having a longitudinal extension, two top surfaces and two side surfaces spaced apart by a width of the sheet, as a semifinished product of the component element. The sheet has a wall thickness in the range of 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm, and is formed, preferably by an embossing stamp and/or an embossing roller, on at least one top surface with an indentation. The indentation is arranged transversely, preferably substantially orthogonally, to the longitudinal extension. The sheet is bent such that, in a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal extension, a profile of the component element arises, and the bent sheet is mechanically separated in the region of the indentation.

An apparatus is provided in one example embodiment and includes a plate having a plurality of perforations configured in a pattern. The pattern includes the plurality of perforations arranged in concentric circles centered at a point. Each of the perforations is a closed shape comprising four edges, with rounded corners between adjacent edges, with two opposite edges of each of the perforations including non-parallel straight lines and two other opposite edges comprise concentric, offset curved lines. The non-parallel straight lines may form an angle with a vertex at the point, and the concentric curved lines may be centered at the point. The perforations in each concentric circle may be angularly spaced around the point. The apparatus may further include a substantially circular fan.
