GRID STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A GRID STRUCTURE
A lattice structure, in particular a steel lattice structure, includes at least one longitudinal element and includes at least one edge element which runs perpendicularly or obliquely with respect to the longitudinal element, is embodied as a single wire, rod, wire strand, tube or profile and forms in particular at least a portion of a lattice edge, wherein the longitudinal element is wound multiple times around the edge element for its fastening to the edge element in a fastening region of the edge element.
Metric self-tapping locking screw and the manufacturing method thereof
A metric self-tapping locking screw comprises a screw head which is connected to a thread locking body by a screw rod. The thread locking body and the self-tapping tip are provided with a screw thread on the surface. The self-tapping tip is arranged at the root of the thread locking body; the screw thread adopts the basic structure of the standard ordinary triangular thread. The flank angle back to the fastened surface is 15-20 and the flank angle of the screw thread facing the fastened surface is 30. The metric self-tapping locking screw in the Invention make the installed parts to be fastened have higher axial clamping force and static loosing moment, which solves the attenuation problem of axial clamping force and static moment of fastened parts.
Machine and Method of Introducing a Camber into a Length of Wire
The present application provides a machine and a method of introducing a camber into a length of wire being conveyed along a path through a machine. As part of introducing the camber, the wire is guided through the machine via at least a first set of rollers and a second set of rollers. The wire being conveyed along the path is diverted via an offset mechanism, which laterally deflects the wire being conveyed away from a straight line route formed between respective wire feed points associated with each of the first and second sets of rollers, wherein the offset mechanism is located between the first set of rollers and the second set of rollers. The diversion in the path of the wire via the offset mechanism introduces the camber having a direction into the wire.
Concrete reinforcing fibers
A method of making a fiber (100) that includes continuously receiving a round wire (10), forming the round wire into a fiber having to have a cross-sectional shape defining a truncated circle having an aspect ratio of between 1.53 and 1.88, and simultaneously pulling and twisting the fiber a threshold number of twists per inch while retaining the aspect ratio of the fiber.

Oscillating power tool with lighting assembly
An oscillating power tool has a housing including a handle portion defining a handle axis and a head portion defining an output axis that is perpendicular to the handle axis. The head portion includes a front face intersected by the handle axis. A drive mechanism includes an output shaft configured to oscillate about the output axis in a rotational manner in response receiving torque from a motor. A lighting assembly is configured to illuminate a workpiece in front of the head portion of the housing. The lighting assembly includes a lens arranged on the front face of the housing, a holder coupled to the lens, a plurality of printed circuit boards supported by the holder, and an LED arranged on each of the printed circuit boards. In response to being activated, the LEDs are configured to project a wide-angle beam of light through the lens.
Press-fitting device
The press-fitting device has: a base; a rear surface plate; and a vertical operation section and mounts PF terminals having a shoulder section and a PF section to the member to be mounted. Provided on the vertical operation section are: an insertion path wherein a continuous PF terminal body formed by consecutive PF terminals is inserted; a movable feeding means that feeds the continuous PF terminal body along; a dividing means that divides the continuous PF terminal body into individual PF terminals; and a mounting means that mounts the PF terminals to the mounting member. A fixed feeding means is fixed to the rear surface plate in a static state relative to the vertical operation section, and restricts continuous PF terminal body movement that is in conjunction with the vertical operation section. The PF terminals are mounted to the mounting member by the vertical movement of the vertical operation section.
Products, systems, and methods for placement of covers on metallic spacers of concrete reinforcement
A product cover for the end of wire (1) of spacer meshes, and a processes and a systems for cover placement on ends of said wires (1), The wire ends of transverse wires are formed in a manner resulting in indentations and protrusions on their surfaces, so that the placement of a cover induces flow of its plastic material and creates a stable joining. Covers are serially guided inside a guide so that one of them is guided to a rotor. This rotor is then rotated to line up with the wire and a plunger for placement of the cover. Then, by the action of the plunger, this cover is pushed until fitted on the end of the wire.
