Aluminum alloy wire, aluminum alloy strand wire, covered electrical wire, and terminal-equipped electrical wire
An aluminum alloy wire is composed of an aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy contains equal to or more than 0.005 mass % and equal to or less than 2.2 mass % of Fe, and a remainder of Al and an inevitable impurity. In a transverse section of the aluminum alloy wire, a surface-layer crystallization measurement region in a shape of a rectangle having a short side length of 50 m and a long side length of 75 m is defined within a surface layer region extending from a surface of the aluminum alloy wire by 50 m in a depth direction, and an average area of crystallized materials in the surface-layer crystallization measurement region is equal to or more than 0.05 m.sup.2 and equal to or less than 3 m.sup.2.
Twisted wire manufacturing method
A twisted wire manufacturing method for manufacturing a twisted wire, includes hanging U-turn portions of the at least two wires on a wire hanging member, checking one end portions and the other end portions of the at least two wires, pulling up the at least two wires in a state that the U-turn portions are hung on the wire hanging member, twisting the at least two wires together after the wire pull-up step is conducted, and transferring a twist-completed wire produced by the wire twisting step to a twisted wire temporary placement hook which is disposed above the wire hanging member.

Wire Winder
A battery powered, microprocessor controlled device that rotates a motorized horizontal winder assembly to wind the suspension wire of an acoustic ceiling tile system about itself. It has a winder assembly made of a worm drive and housing. The housing and worm wheel have a alignable open throats extending to their midpoints to accommodate the insertion of the vertical component of the suspension wire. A wire lug extends from the bottom face of the work wheel that contacts the tail of the suspension wire to spin the tail about the rest of the suspension wire.

APPARATUS FOR DETWISTING WIRES OR CABLES WOUND IN SPOOLS
An apparatus for detwisting wires or cables wound in spools, includes two coaxial shafts, inserted one inside another and kinematically independent, of which a first shaft is connected to a first motor and is adapted to support, by rotating it about a rotation axis, one spool, and a second shaft is connected to second motor and supports, by rotating it about the rotation axis, a detwisting cage, which is adapted to rotate about the spool. The apparatus further includes at least one take up guide for the wire/cable, which is connected to a third motor in order to rotate about the rotation axis of the cage, oscillating toward the guide and/or away from it, and elements for coordination of the rotation speed of the first shaft with the rotation speed of the take up guide.
