Apparatus for manufacturing reinforcement meshes and a spinning station therefor
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing reinforcement meshes and spinning stations therefor. Reinforcement rods to be joined with the spinning wires are supplied by advancing means from the rear end of the apparatus, and a special mechanism prevents that the wire breaks during its encounter with the reinforcement rod.
Protecting net
A net and method for creating the same, the net comprising: cables in two or more directions, wherein the cables in each of the directions are made of at least a first construct or a second construct, wherein each cable of a first construct in the first direction has neighboring cables in the first direction made of the second construct, and each cable of the first construct in the second direction has neighboring cables in the second direction made of the second construct.
Wire netting system
A wire netting device, in particular safety net device, includes at least two mutually engaging net elements, at least one net element of which is produced from at least one single wire, a wire bundle, a wire strand, a wire rope and/or another longitudinal element with at least one wire that is made at least partially of a high-tensile steel, the wire comprises at least one corrosion protection, in particular a corrosion protection layer and a portion of the wire (12a-g), in particular at least a portion of a wire mesh implemented of the wire, with the corrosion protection, in particular the corrosion protection layer, in a test run by an alternating climate test has a corrosion resistance of more than 1,680 hours, preferably more than 2,016 hours, advantageously more than 2,520 hours, preferentially more than 3,024 hours and particularly preferably more than 3,528 hours.

Edge finishing for a mesh
An edge finishing for a mesh formed by interlacing adjacent wire pickets, each picket formed in a zig-zag manner, the edge finishing comprising two interlinked loops where a first loop is formed from a first picket of the adjacent pickets and a second loop is formed from a second picket of the adjacent pickets, wherein the first loop and the second loop are interlocked together, via first and second loop-ends, at an intersection of the first picket and the second picket.
Plant growth support automatic molding machine
The present disclosure relates to an automatic forming machine for plant growth supports, comprising a ring rolling system with a ring rolling unit, a mold system with a mold unit, and a welding system, which are all disposed on a machine frame, wherein the ring rolling unit can roll a metal wire and make the metal wire be formed into a ring with an opening in the mold unit; the mold system is for carrying the ring and making two free ends of the ring with an opening aligned or alternately overlap with each other; the welding system welds can weld the opening of the ring carried by the mold unit, causing the ring to become a closed ring. The present disclosure has a high automatic degree and can reduce the production time and labor cost.
Wire netting and method for producing a helix for a wire netting
A wire netting, in particular a safety net, with a plurality of helices which are braided with each other, of which at least one helix is bent from at least one single wire, a wire bundle, a wire strand, a wire rope and/or another longitudinal element with at least one wire, in particular comprises a high-tensile steel, the at least one helix having at least one first leg, at least one second leg as well as at least one bending region connecting the first leg and the second leg to each other, wherein the longitudinal element is bent at least substantially torsion-free in itself along a contour of the first leg and/or of the second leg.
Wire netting, a process and a device for manufacturing the wire netting
A hexagonal wire netting, a process for manufacturing such a wire netting and a device for manufacturing a hexagonal wire netting, the device including an assembly of tubes for leading the wires of which every other is twisted into a spiral shape, a spindle assembly and a drum receiving the wire netting, the drum being provided with detent elements. Between each tube leading the spirally twisted wire and the cooperating spindle a straightening guide is located having an inlet opening cooperating with the tube and an outlet opening cooperating with the spindle. The detent elements are arranged on the drum in such a way that the produced wire netting has meshes in which the proportion of the width to the length is less than 0.75.
LATTICE STRUCTURE AND A DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A lattice structure is composed of intersecting longitudinal elements and transverse elements, e.g. wires, strands, ropes, rods and/or profiles, with intersection points allocated to the longitudinal elements and transverse elements.
The longitudinal elements and transverse elements, extending in unifold and/or multifold fashion, are connected to one another at least in the intersection points, in particular via twisting, passing into one another and/or knotting with one another.
