Device for winding bead ring-binding thread
A bead ring bonding cord winding apparatus includes a feed roller that feeds a bead ring, which is formed by winding a wire a multiple number of times, in a circumferential direction of the bead ring, a gripping member that grips an initiating end of a bonding cord, and a rotation member that rotates past an inner side and an outer side of the bead ring while holding the bonding cord. In the bead ring bonding cord winding apparatus, while the bead ring is fed in the circumferential direction, the rotation member is rotated past the inner side and the outer side of the bead ring to spirally wind the bonding cord around the bead ring. The gripping member is located at an upstream side of the rotation member in the feeding direction of the bead ring.
Multi-step bead former
An apparatus for forming a tire bead may include a rotatable bead former having a front portion and a back portion. The rotatable bead former may include a first step with a first diameter, the first step having at least a first bead-engaging surface circumnavigating an axis and configured to receive a first tire bead, and a second step located closer to the back portion than the first step, the second step having a second diameter different than the first diameter, and the second step having a second bead-engaging surface circumnavigating the axis and configured to receive a second tire bead.

RECLINER RETENTION RING AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
A retention ring for use with a recliner assembly is provided. The retention ring may be a metal member bent into an annular shape. The metal member may have a first end and a second end that are connected to one another to form a band that defines an inner diameter that may be configured to receive a recliner gear set.
MANDREL TOOL
A mandrel tool comprising a mandrel head having a body, said body including a first end, a second end opposite to the first end, and an exterior surface extending between the first and second ends; and a slit extending at least partially through the exterior surface of the body and having a width to accommodate a sharp edge of a cutting instrument. The slit serves as a guide for the cutting instrument, which cuts through wire wound around the mandrel to simultaneously create a plurality of uniform rings without having to labor further.

Plant growth support automatic molding machine
The present disclosure relates to an automatic forming machine for plant growth supports, comprising a ring rolling system with a ring rolling unit, a mold system with a mold unit, and a welding system, which are all disposed on a machine frame, wherein the ring rolling unit can roll a metal wire and make the metal wire be formed into a ring with an opening in the mold unit; the mold system is for carrying the ring and making two free ends of the ring with an opening aligned or alternately overlap with each other; the welding system welds can weld the opening of the ring carried by the mold unit, causing the ring to become a closed ring. The present disclosure has a high automatic degree and can reduce the production time and labor cost.
Process of forming and a seal for an engine
A process of forming a turbine engine seal includes the steps of: providing a flat strip of material; roll forming the flat strip of material forming an asymmetric profile in the flat strip of material; coiling the formed asymmetric profile into an overlapping ring shape; cutting the circular shape to a predetermined length; and joining ends of the predetermined length forming the seal. The seal includes at least two peaks that are formed on opposing sides of a gap. The at least two peaks contact opposing sides of a U shaped profile at a zero radius. The asymmetric profile includes a circular shape and the ends are joined.

Apparatus for manufacturing bead wires for pneumatic tires comprising a head for switching between cutting and crimping tools
The installation for manufacturing a bead wire intended to reinforce a pneumatic tire, said installation comprising a receiving table which is adapted to receive a braided torus which comprises a braid wire which extends longitudinally from a first end section to a second end section, a cutting tool, a crimping tool adapted to crimp a sleeve around said first and second end sections, and a configuration unit which is adapted automatically to switch the installation from a cutting configuration in which the receiving table cooperates with the cutting tool so as to position the braided torus and the first and second end sections so that said first and second end sections are sectioned by the cutting tool to a crimping configuration in which the receiving table cooperates with the crimping tool.
