Face spline molding device, face spline molding method, outer joint member, and constant velocity universal joint
An outer joint member for a constant velocity universal joint is formed by a face spline forming apparatus and a face spline forming method. The face spline forming apparatus includes a punch member having a tooth portion for forming a face spline, a pedestal having an end-surface receiving surface for receiving an opening end surface of a cup section, and a shaft member having an inner-surface receiving surface for receiving a bottom-wall inner surface of the cup section. The opening end surface and the bottom-wall inner surface are brought into a simultaneous pressure receiving state. In this state, the punch member performs a rocking motion to form the face spline in a bottom-wall back surface due to plastic deformation caused by the tooth portion of the punch member.
Rolling machine and method of rolling gear using the rolling machine
Provided is a rolling machine including a plurality of cylindrical round dies disposed centering on a cylindrical raw material to roll the raw material from the outer circumference of the raw material. In order to adjust the turning angle in the inclined shaft (the A shaft) turned around the push-in direction (the X axis) of the round die (3), an inclined-shaft control motor is started to turn a round die table (21) on the A shaft. A B-shaft control motor (71) is driven in order to adjust the turning angle on the taper shaft (the B shaft) turned around the Y axis orthogonal to the push-in direction and orthogonal to the axis of the raw material. According to the adjustment of the A shaft and the B shaft, it is possible to correct a tooth trace and a tooth shape of a gear.
Method for manufacturing screw rotor
A plurality of helical grooves are formed in a workpiece having a cylindrical shape. Each of grooves is divided into a first portion including an end portion on a first end side of the workpiece and a second portion including an end portion on a second end side of the workpiece. A method of manufacturing a screw rotor of a screw compressor includes attaching a first end of the workpiece to a holder of a machine tool, finishing the first portion of each of the plurality of helical grooves by cutting, detaching the workpiece from the holder, attaching a second end of the workpiece detached from the holder to the holder, and finishing the second portion of each of the plurality of helical grooves by cutting.
EXTRUDER SCREW
An extruder screw having a worm shaft and a plurality of screw elements that are releasably plugged or pluggable thereon, wherein each screw element has a defined axial minimum length or a length that corresponds to a multiple of the minimum length. The worm shaft has an external toothing and the screw elements have an internal toothing engaging therewith. The external toothing has, forming individual gear rings extending around the circumference, a plurality of recesses extending around the circumference in an offset manner along its axial length, which are spaced apart from one another by the minimum length, such that the internal toothing of each screw element extends, at both axial ends, into the region of the recess, and the ends of the internal toothing are not engaged with the external toothing.
