A bending-forming jig used in bending and forming a protruding portion of a leg portion of a U-shaped conductor toward a circumferential direction, the protruding portion protruding from an axial end surface of a stator core, the bending-forming jig including a ring portion and a claw portion, the claw portion including a first abutting surface that rises from an axial end surface of the ring portion with the surface directed in the circumferential direction and abuts against a tip portion of the protruding portion from the circumferential direction, and a projecting portion that projects, at a tip end of the claw portion, in the circumferential direction from the abutting surface and abuts against the tip portion of the protruding portion from the axial direction toward the axial end surface of the ring portion.

Method for obtaining a welded joint between elements of different materials, and a hybrid component obtained through this method
A welded joint between at least one metal material element and at least one thermoplastic material element is obtained by pressing the elements against each other while applying heat. Contact surfaces of the metal material, which are in contact with the thermoplastic material, are provided with uneven surface portions having a distribution of asperities. With heat applied, the thermoplastic material fills spaces between these asperities and maintains this configuration after subsequent cooling, thereby improving strength of the joint. The uneven surface portions are obtained in a preliminary forming step of the metal material in a press mold, which is configured with a forming surface for generating the uneven surface portions by mechanical deformation and/or with a device for guiding a laser or electron beam. By this technique, hybrid components are obtained made of one or more elements of metal material between which a shaped component of thermoplastic material is interposed.
Method for obtaining a welded joint between elements of different materials, and a hybrid component obtained through this method
A welded joint between at least one metal material element and at least one thermoplastic material element is obtained by pressing the elements against each other while applying heat. Contact surfaces of the metal material, which are in contact with the thermoplastic material, are provided with uneven surface portions having a distribution of asperities. With heat applied, the thermoplastic material fills spaces between these asperities and maintains this configuration after subsequent cooling, thereby improving strength of the joint. A skid for supporting a reciprocating pump assembly, the reciprocating pump assembly including a power end frame assembly having a pair of end plate segments and a plurality of middle plate segments disposed between the end plate segments. The end plate segments each have at least a pair of feet and the middle plate segments each having at least one foot. The skid includes a base and a plurality of pads extending from the base. At least a portion of the plurality of pads correspond to the end plate segment feet and at least another portion of the plurality of pads correspond to the at least one foot of each middle plate segment.
Support for reciprocating pump
A skid for supporting a reciprocating pump assembly, the reciprocating pump assembly including a power end frame assembly having a pair of end plate segments and a plurality of middle plate segments disposed between the end plate segments. The end plate segments each have at least a pair of feet and the middle plate segments each having at least one foot. The skid includes a base and a plurality of pads extending from the base. At least a portion of the plurality of pads correspond to the end plate segment feet and at least another portion of the plurality of pads correspond to the at least one foot of each middle plate segment.

Solid metal protrusions are formed by the method including: clamping and fixing the metal workpiece between a support die and a pressure die; pressing end cross sections of two or more outer peripheral end parts of the metal workpiece fixed between the support die and the pressure die at a temperature lower than a softening point of a metal used as the metal workpiece from a direction perpendicular or oblique to an upright direction of the protrusions to be formed on one surface of the metal workpiece by press molding using a pressing die or a pressing jig; undergoing plastic flows of metal into through-holes formed as recessed parts that serve as female molds for forming the protrusions in at least one of the support die and the pressure die; and forming solid protrusions on the surface of the metal workpiece.
Microwave or millimeter wave RF part realized by die-forming
A method and apparatus for producing an RF part of an antenna system is disclosed, as well as thereby producible RF parts. The RF part has at least one surface provided with a plurality of protruding elements. In particular, the RF part may be a gap waveguide. The protruding elements are monolithically formed and fixed on a conducting layer, and all protruding elements are connected electrically to each other at their bases via the conductive layer. The RF part is produced by providing a die having a plurality of recessions forming the negative of the protruding elements of the RF part. The die may be a multilayer die, having several layers, at least some having through-holes to form the recessions. A formable piece of material is arranged on the die, and pressure is applied, thereby compressing the formable piece of material to conform with the recessions of the die.
Microwave or millimeter wave RF part realized by die-forming
A method and apparatus for producing an RF part of an antenna system is disclosed, as well as thereby producible RF parts. The RF part has at least one surface provided with a plurality of protruding elements. In particular, the RF part may be a gap waveguide. The protruding elements are monolithically formed and fixed on a conducting layer, and all protruding elements are connected electrically to each other at their bases via the conductive layer. The RF part is produced by providing a die having a plurality of recessions forming the negative of the protruding elements of the RF part. The die may be a multilayer die, having several layers, at least some having through-holes to form the recessions. A formable piece of material is arranged on the die, and pressure is applied, thereby compressing the formable piece of material to conform with the recessions of the die.

A plate segment for a reciprocating pump power end frame assembly, the power end frame assembly having a pair of end plate segments and at least one middle plate segment disposed between the end plate segments. The plate segment consists of the middle plate segment or one of the pair of end plate segments and includes a plate having a front wall, a rear wall, a top wall, a bottom wall and a pair of sidewalls and at least one opening forming a bearing support surface, the opening extending through the plate. The plate segment further includes at least one extension extending from at least one of the sidewalls of the plate at a position to align with and contact a corresponding extension on an adjacently positioned plate.
