The detection mechanism comprises a second guide wheel, a second rocker arm and a second secured shaft. The present invention has a simple structure, high practicability, realizes automatic chain counting and cutting, reduces the labor intensity of the operator, improves efficiency, is environmentally-friendly in comparison with sand wheel cutting, obtains an accurate number of cut round links, is clean and ensures hoist quality.
TOOL FOR DRIVING A CHAIN PIN OUT OF A CHAIN LINK
A tool for driving a chain pin out of a chain link includes a handle body which extends along a longitudinal axis and has a positioning element at a first end along the longitudinal axis, and a press-out device with an upper and a lower projection, which in each case delimit an intermediate element connecting the two projections, wherein through holes coaxial with one another are provided in the two projections and a driving screw with a press plunger is screwed into the upper projection at its end oriented towards the lower projection. This tool is intended to have good manual applicability, even for chains of different types, while at the same time having very small dimensions and being easy to transport, and in particular to enable machining of very narrowly constructed chain types. This is achieved by the fact that the handle body has, at the first end along the longitudinal axis, a guide device extending the handle body, in which guide device the press-out device is mounted so as to be movable along the longitudinal axis of the handle body between a first position in which the positioning element and the intermediate element of the press-out device form a chain space for positioning the chain link, and a second position in which the press-out device is spaced from the positioning element.

Handheld Tool for Detaching and Attaching Agricultural Chain Link
The present invention relates to an agricultural chain detacher device designed for detaching or attaching chain links in an agricultural chain. The device features a base with a pair of adjustable clamps to securely hold chains of varying sizes. A vertical wall extends from the base to support a chain link in a vertical orientation. The device includes a screw mechanism with a die hand crank to enable linear movement of a die to interact with the chain link for removal or attachment of the chain link. A center stopper on the base maintains a minimum gap between the clamps for smooth movement of the chain. For attaching a new link, a link connection die is used for fastening flat edge of the new link with curved edge of another link. For removing a link from the chain, a link removing die is used for detaching the link.

Wedge driver and method therefor
A wedge driver and method therefor is presented. A wedge driver can be operably coupled to different ends of a link joiner to drive a wedge therebetween to form a single link. The wedge driver can also drive the wedge out of the link joiner. The present disclosure provides the benefit of allowing the safe and effective removal of the link joiner by preventing violent or forceful decoupling of a link joiner. The wedge driver can include a trunk, a first prong, a second prong, a bolt, and a driver. The driver can be spring enabled, such that the driver can recede into the trunk as the bolt egresses the trunk. A bolt of the wedge driver can push a driver out of the trunk to axially drive the wedge into (or out of) a link joiner without rotating the wedge.

Forklift hydraulic motor based industrial driver apparatus
An industrial driver apparatus includes a forklift hydraulic motor, a drive shaft adapter, a hydraulic pump, and a frame. The forklift hydraulic motor includes a housing and a drive shaft. The drive shaft adapter is coupled to the drive shaft of the forklift hydraulic motor and adapts the drive shaft of the forklift hydraulic motor to a dimension of a threaded component being driven by the forklift hydraulic motor. The hydraulic pump pressurizes a hydraulic fluid used to drive the forklift hydraulic motor. The frame is coupled to a housing of the forklift hydraulic motor and prevents the forklift hydraulic motor from rotating while the drive shaft rotates the threaded component.
