Each of the vapor/carrier gas and air stream are at a predetermined pressure and a predetermined temperature, wherein a heating and mixing stage, is connected to a container containing an organic catalyst in liquid form and to a pressurized air source. The liquid organic catalyst and the pressurized air are heated together in the heating and mixing stage. The device has a separate flushing line, wherein a first cutoff valve is arranged in the line to the heating and mixing stage, which is closed at the beginning of the flushing, and a second cutoff valve is arranged in the flushing line, which is open at the beginning of the flushing.

The machine comprises a core box having a pair of laterally separable dies and a sand filling device, having a blow head disposed under the core box, for filling the core box with core sand directed upward from the blow head; the blow head having a sand blow chamber for guiding the core sand to the core box while being connected to the core box and a sand storage chamber communicating with the sand blow chamber; the sand filling device having a compressed air supply unit for supplying a compressed air for blowing the core sand into the core box and an aeration air supply unit for supplying an aeration air for floating and fluidizing the core sand within the sand blow chamber.

A hot air outlet end of the hot air supply mechanism is in fluid communication with a hot air inlet end of the hot air jet dewaxing mechanism, and an injector connected with hot air outlet end of the hot air jet dewaxing mechanism extends into a cavity of the shell and faces the body of a wax pattern. Liquid wax generated in the cavity of the shell flows under the action of self-gravity into the liquid wax collection mechanism from its liquid wax inlet end.
