Device and Method for Removing At Least One Cooling Element From an At Least Partially Demoulded Cast Part, Method for Introducing At Least One Cooling Element Into a Mould Core of a Cast Part Mould
The invention relates to a device for removing at least one cooling element from an at least partially demoulded cast part, in particular from a cast housing for an electric motor formed from a light metal alloy, which has an apparatus for removing the at least one cooling element. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for removing at least one cooling element from an at least partially demoulded cast part, a method for introducing at least one cooling element into a mould core of a cast part mould, a cooling element, and a cast part.
INVESTMENT POWDER
An investment powder which is safer than conventional powders comprising tricalcium phosphate, and being substantially or entirely free of free silica in the respiratory portion yet providing an overall expansion at 750° C. of 1% or higher sufficient to prevent mould cracking during casting. A method of making a casting comprising forming a slurry by mixing a gypsum bonded investment powder with water, pouring the slurry into a stainless steel flask around a low melting point material model, allowing the slurry to set to define a mould, heating the mould to burn out the model and casting material into the mould wherein the stainless steel flask consists of a 400 series martensitic stainless steel.

Method for Producing a Cast Vehicle Wheel
A method for producing a one-piece cast vehicle wheel, the wheel having at least one hub portion connected to a wheel rim via at least one spoke oriented in the radial direction of the wheel, in which at least one lost core is inserted in a molding of the casting machine, the one-piece vehicle wheel is cast, and the lost core is removed from the cast vehicle wheel and thereby forms at least one opening in the spoke. A one-piece cast vehicle wheel formed by the method is also provided.
ROLL MANTLE, ROLL BODY AND METHOD OF FORMING SAME
A method for manufacturing a roll mantle or roll body for a roll line of a continuous casting apparatus that has a shaft includes casting a metal to form the roll mantle or roll body such that the roll mantle or roll body includes at least one internal channel. The roll mantle or roll body has a first end region, a second end region and a central region between the first end region and the second end region, the central region extending along at least 50% of a length of the roll mantle or roll body, and the internal channel may be formed in the central region. The internal channel may also include a pattern or projection.
Plastic wrought magnesium alloy and preparation method thereof
A plastic wrought magnesium alloy includes a Mg—Al—Bi—Sn—Ca—Y alloy, prepared from the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 3 to 6.0% of Al, 1 to 3.0% of Bi, 0.5 to 2.0% of Sn, 0.02 to 0.05% of Ca, 0.02 to 0.05% of Y and the balance of Mg, in which the percentage sum of Ca and Y elements is more than 0.05% and less than 0.1%.

Process for producing a balance wheel for a timepiece
A process for producing a metal alloy balance wheel by molding, the process including the following steps: a) making a mold in the negative shape of the balance wheel, b) getting hold of a metal alloy that has a thermal expansion coefficient of less than 25 ppm/° C. and is able to be in an at least partly amorphous state when it is heated to a temperature between its glass transition temperature and its crystallization temperature, c) putting the metal alloy into the mold, the metal alloy being heated to a temperature between its glass transition temperature and its crystallization temperature so as to be hot-molded and to form a balance wheel, d) cooling the metal alloy to obtain a balance wheel made of the metal alloy, e) releasing the balance wheel obtained in step d) from its mold.
