CLOSED-TYPE AND LIQUID COOLING MOTOR FRAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method includes: forming a sand core including a main portion and core-head members connecting the main portion; applying a casting process to produce a frame casting having a first end, a first-end inner wall, a second end, a second-end inner wall, a closed water channel between the first-end inner wall and the second-end inner wall, a water inlet, a water outlet and sand-expelling holes at the first end; shaking the frame casting to have part of the sand core to leave the closed water channel via the water inlet, the water outlet and the sand-expelling holes; pressurizing a fluid into the closed water channel via the water inlet to carry the rest of the sand core to leave the closed water channel via the sand-expelling holes and the water outlet; and applying screw bolts to lock the sand-expelling holes to manufacture a closed-type and liquid-cooling motor frame.
WASTE ALUMINIUM BASED MULTILAYER HYBRID AND FUNCTIONAL GRADED COMPOSITE FOAM AND THE PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to multi-layered hybrid and functional graded aluminum foam obtained from waste aluminum beverage cans, and to the production method thereof. This multi-layered aluminum composite foam can be used in bullet-proof armors in many fields such as aviation, defense industry, automotive and rail systems, in decreasing the impact effect in fast trains and automobiles, in vibration damping, in absorbing energy during impact and shock, in electromagnetic shields, as air buffer panel in carrying heavy vehicles such as tanks, in providing sound insulation on motorways and for flame retardant purposes.
HOLLOW TUBE WITH VARYING CROSS-SECTIONAL AREA AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A hollow tube with a varying cross-sectional area is disclosed. A hollow tube with a varying cross-sectional area, the hollow tube extending from one end to other end to form a longitudinal direction, the hollow tube comprises a plurality of hollow tube units that are formed to extend along the longitudinal direction and are coupled to each other to constitute the hollow tube, a hollow positioned inside the hollow tube, wherein a cross-sectional area of the hollow varies along the longitudinal direction, and a filling module installed in the hollow.

OPEN-CELL TYPE POROUS ALUMINUM MANUFACTURING METHOD AND OPEN-CELL TYPE POROUS ALUMINUM MANUFACTURED THEREBY
A method of manufacturing an open-cell type of porous aluminum includes: manufacturing a space-holder by using a water-soluble salt powder; stacking the space-holder in a container, and manufacturing an open-cell type of porous aluminum by injecting molten aluminum.
AN ALLOY INJECTION MOLDED LIQUID METAL SUBSTRATE
Examples of an alloy injection molded liquid metal substrate are described. In an example, an alloy injection molded liquid metal substrate includes a liquid metal substrate and an alloy injection molded on a first surface of the liquid metal substrate.
Loader lift arm
Disclosed embodiments include power machines and related structures of lift arms, implement carriers, follower links, and driver links which improve manufacturability, reduce component failures, and improve power machine design and functionality. In some embodiments, lift arm structures include cast lower lift arm portions. The cast lower lift arm portions include contoured upper ends which are sleeved onto contoured lower ends of upper lift arm portions to control stress points and to reduce stresses on welds. The follower link structures can include follower links which are configured to be positioned at least partially outside of the lift arm structure to improve rear visibility. The driver link structures can be configured to be laterally overlapping with innermost surfaces on the lift cylinder, but configured such that as the lift arm is raised the laterally overlapping portions are moved above the innermost surfaces of the lift cylinder.

ROLL MANTLE, ROLL BODY AND METHOD OF FORMING SAME
A method for manufacturing a roll mantle or roll body for a roll line of a continuous casting apparatus that has a shaft includes casting a metal to form the roll mantle or roll body such that the roll mantle or roll body includes at least one internal channel. The roll mantle or roll body has a first end region, a second end region and a central region between the first end region and the second end region, the central region extending along at least 50% of a length of the roll mantle or roll body, and the internal channel may be formed in the central region. The internal channel may also include a pattern or projection.
PREPARATION METHOD OF FOAMED ALUMINUM SPECIAL-SHAPED PART
Disclosed is a preparation method of a foamed aluminum special-shaped part. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, pressing wax molds; S2, making a shell; S3, carrying out smelting; S4, carrying out casting; and S5, vibrating the shell. Finally, the foamed aluminum special-shaped part is obtained for a preparation process of a foamed aluminum compound casting.
