Mount System

A mount system and method of manufacture for e.g. a machine vision camera is disclosed. The mount system comprises a rectangular base, a lower clamp disc, an upper clamp disc, a tilting plate, an expansion clamp, and an O-ring. The expansion clamp comprises a tapered head screw and an expandable mandrel, both typically made of stainless steel. The mount system facilitates improved machine vision by enabling effective mounting of machine vision cameras in smaller spaces and/or spaces requiring unusual angles and intricate positioning. The mount system is also advantageous in inhospitable environments having harsh environmental factors. The mount system is also easier for machine vision personnel to learn and understand.

Workpiece processing method

A workpiece processing method is a method for successively processing a plurality of workpieces including a first workpiece and a second workpiece in a single machining area. The workpiece processing method includes: performing additive manufacturing on the second workpiece in the machining area; and performing subtractive manufacturing on the first workpiece in the machining area while keeping on standby the second workpiece on which additive manufacturing is performed. In this way, the workpiece processing method with improved productivity is provided.

A friction-increasing groove is opened on the magnetic conductive layer. The thickness of the magnetic insulation air holes and the thickness of the connection ribs are less than the thickness of the magnetic conductive layers. Six connection ribs are distributed uniformly between the magnetic conductive layers, and the connection ribs at two sides of the magnetic conductive layer are distributed along the radial direction of the body of the drive plate at an interval of 30 degrees. A drive plate through hole is opened in the body of the drive plate, and accommodation walls are disposed on the magnetic conductive layers.
