Device for the controlled stabilization of tool holder shanks
A device for the controlled stabilization of tool holder shanks on the respective ring nut, the tool holder shanks, motorized or non-motorized, being predisposed for ER or other type fixing. The device comprises a ring nut and a tool holder shank of a truncated conical shape provided externally with a groove in which means connecting the ring nut to the tool holder are arranged inside the ring nut. The connecting means consist of an annular body formed of at least two shaped half-rings that define opposite protrusions projecting outwardly and centrally to form a shaped prominence having an arched-convex outer profile; on each of the shaped prominences a recess is made predisposed to house respective elastic pins, by means of which the shaped half-rings are firmly connected inside the ring nut blind holes.
CHUCK APPARATUS
A chuck apparatus includes a pair of grip members driven by a piston via a pair of levers, and the levers are rotatably supported by a body via lever shafts. A lever shaft protrudes from the attachment surface of the body to the transport device, and positioning with respect to the transport device is performed by using the protruding portion.
LANCE AND MINIMUM QUANTITY LUBRICATION TOOL HAVING A LANCE
A minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) tool including a lance. The lance includes a passageway and an orifice. The passageway extends axially from a first end of the lance toward a second end of the lance and allows a lubricant supply to flow therein from the first end of the lance toward the second end of the lance. The first orifice extends radially through the lance at a location near the second end of the lance. The lubricant supply flowing through the passageway exits the orifice and is impinged upon by air flowing around the lance.
DUST PROTECTION CAP WITH VIBRATION DECOUPLING
Tool fitting device for a power tool, in particular a chipping hammer, including a holding device for receiving and holding a tool shank, a tool cap, and a dust protection device for preventing the penetration of dust into the tool fitting device. The tool cap includes at least one receiving element and the dust protection device includes at least one protruding element corresponding to the receiving element, such that the tool cap and the dust protection device are able to be connected together in a form-fitting manner. Dust protection device for use in a tool fitting device.
CHUCK ASSEMBLY FOR A ROTARY POWER TOOL
A chuck assembly for a rotary power tool includes a chuck body rotatable about a central axis. The chuck body has a plurality of slots, each oriented at an oblique angle relative to the central axis. The chuck assembly also includes a plurality of jaws, each movable along a respective one of the slots. The chuck assembly also includes a collar coupled to the plurality of jaws. The collar is selectively engageable with the chuck body such that, when engaged, the plurality of jaws are movable along the plurality of slots in response to rotation of the collar.
TOOL HOLDER, ROTATION TOOL, AND COMBINATION OF TOOL HOLDER AND TOOL
A tool holder has a base element, a deformable receiver for clamping a tool and at least one locking element configured for preventing an axial extraction of the tool from the tool holder through engaging a corresponding opposite element at the tool. The at least one locking element is integrally configured in one piece with the receiver.
Clamping tools in a tool holder
A tool holder includes a main body, a deformable receptacle for clamping a tool, and at least one blocking element which, in order to prevent axial migration of the tool out of the tool holder, is configured to engage in a corresponding counterpart element on the tool and is arranged at the receptacle. In order to allow particularly high concentricity of the tool holder and stable fastening of the clamped-in tool, and at the same time to ensure easy production, the receptacle has two spaced-apart clamping portions, between which the at least one blocking element is arranged.
SWING-CHUCK SEALING STRUCTURE AND SWING CHUCK
A sealing part disposed between a claw opening-and-closing member and a support member. The sealing part includes a first contact part that is in contact with the claw opening-and-closing member, and a second contact part that is in contact with the claw opening-and-closing member at a position different from that of the first contact part.
POWER TOOL
The invention relates to a machine tool, in particular a hand held machine tool, which has a tool receiving device that is movable, in particular in an oscillating manner, around an output shaft. The tool receiving device is designed to hold a tool device on the machine tool in such a manner that the output shaft and a tool rotation axis substantially coincide. The tool receiving device has at least one torque transmission region and a holding device. In order to transmit a driving force to the tool device, the torque transmission region has at least two output area regions that are arranged at a distance from said output shaft and each have a multiplicity of surface points. Here, the tangent planes to said surface points are inclined in regard to an axial plane which includes said output shaft. Furthermore, the tangent planes are inclined in regard to a radial plane which extends perpendicularly to the output shaft. In this way, the output torque is transmitted reliably to the tool device by the machine tool via the tool receiving device.
Sensor module and tool holder for a cutting tool
A sensor module for a tool holder for a cutting tool, such that when the sensor module is arranged to the tool holder having a cutting tool connected thereto, an axial portion of the cutting tool is positionable in a predefined rest position with respect to the sensor module. The sensor module includes at least one position sensor, wherein, when the sensor module is arranged to the tool holder having a cutting tool connected thereto, the position sensor is located radially spaced from the axial portion of the cutting tool for measuring deflection of the cutting tool with respect to the rest position. The disclosure further relates to a tool holder, a cutting tool, a cutting assembly, and a method for measuring deflection of a cutting tool.
