Guide assembly for a disc brake

A guide assembly for a disc brake, the guide assembly comprising a bore disposed in a disc brake caliper for receiving a guide pin. The bore comprises a first bore portion with a substantially circular cross-sectional profile and a second bore portion with a substantially circular cross-sectional profile arranged sequentially along the length of the bore and tangentially offset such that the bore is defined by the overlap of the first bore portion and second bore portion and has a lens-shaped cross-sectional profile.

Method for implementing high-precision backdrilling stub length control

The present invention relates to a PCB drilling method including: performing a drilling motion from an initial location, and generating a first electrical signal when coming into contact with a first conductive layer of the PCB, determining a first conductive location according to the first electrical signal, and obtaining first Z-coordinate information continuing to perform the drilling motion after drilling through the first conductive layer, and generating a second electrical signal when coming into contact with a second conductive layer, determining a second conductive location according to the second electrical signal, and obtaining second Z-coordinate information; continuing to perform the drilling motion and drilling through the PCB to obtain a through hole; and performing backdrilling in the location of the through hole according to a preset depth, and the preset depth is a medium thickness between the second conductive layer and the first conductive layer plus a compensation depth.

A self-cutting, self-seating, self-securing electrical device is used for mounting lights and devices. It can be provided as an integral one piece box, with a saw ring blade provided as part of the round electrical work box, or the device can be provided without the built-in cutting saw ring blade, which is therefore provided as an add-on accessory which snaps into place within channel located along the top and channels on opposite sides of the downwardly extending round wall of the body of the self-seating electrical device. The self-seating electrical device also has two or more fasteners, such as three toggle swing clamps, to secure the electrical device in place in a cutout in a ceiling or interior or exterior wall panel, where the cutout is cut by the forward saw teethed blade edge of the electrical device.

Magnet sensing hole driller and method therefor

A portable device to drill holes has a platform. A plurality of wheel sets is coupled to the platform. A drive system is used for driving the plurality of wheels. An attachment mechanism is positioned on an underside of the platform for securing the device to a surface. A control board is used for controlling the operation of the device. A drill spindle assembly is coupled to the platform. A drill feed assembly is coupled to the drill spindle assembly for raising and lowering the drill spindle assembly. A plurality of sensors are operable to sense one or more magnets disposed below the surface. A drive table is used for positioning the drill spindle assembly in an XY plane based on an output of said plurality of sensors.

This unique and novel invention provides a custom data removal jig used to reliably, efficiently, and cost-effectively remove data from a handheld mobile computing device (“PC device”). The data removal jig comprises an open-box structure which provides one or more alignment features to assist with properly inserting the PC device within the data removal jig. Additionally, a pilot hole is provided by the securement structure. Once the PC device is inserted into the data removal jig, the pilot hole is substantially centered above the integrated flash memory chip on the particular PC device's motherboard which the data removal jig has been customized to accommodate. A power drill is used to precisely penetrate the PC device via the pilot hole and substantially isolate the damage to the integrated flash memory chip. Additionally, the securement structure also provides one or more braces that assist with restraining movement of the securement structure during the data removal process.
