Hand-held power tool
A hand-held power tool is provided which includes a clutch housing of a torque clutch, and a planetary gear, situated in a gear housing, for transmitting a torque which is generated by a drive motor to a drive shaft. The clutch housing cooperates with the planetary gear via a pressure plate. The pressure plate is displaced in the axial direction in order to disengage the torque clutch. The axial relative motion of the pressure plate causes an axial relative motion between a switching element and an associated optical sensor, via which the drive motor may be switched off.
Power drill
The invention relates to a power drill, having a tool-clamping device that is fastened to a spindle shaft, having a torque clutch that includes an axially movable clutch plate on which an axial force is exerted by a plurality of compression springs that cooperate at least indirectly with an adjusting nut situated on a housing component. The compression springs are accommodated in first recesses embodied in the longitudinal direction of the housing component. A device for axially moving an axial bearing situated on the spindle shaft, is provided at the end of the spindle shaft oriented toward the tool-clamping device. According to the invention, on its side oriented toward the clutch plate, the device for axially moving the axial bearing has at least one actuating section that is situated in a second recess of the housing component and on the side oriented toward the clutch plate, cooperates with an adjusting element for the device.
Screw driving tool
A screw driving includes a housing, a motor, a spindle, a locator, a first detecting mechanism and a controller. The locator is mounted on a front end portion of the housing so as to be movable in a front-rear direction relative to the housing and configured to define a depth to which a screw is driven into a workpiece. The first detecting mechanism is configured to detect a position of the locator in the front-rear direction. The controller is configured to control driving of the motor. Rotational driving of the spindle in a forward direction is started in response to the spindle being pressed rearward, and the rotational driving of the spindle in the forward direction is stopped when the first detecting mechanism detects that the locator is disposed in a specified position rearward of a most forward position within a moving range of the locator.
Wall hanging system
A tool hanging system. The tool hanging system includes a power tool having a mount receiving portion. A mounting attachment is engaged with the mount receiving portion. The mounting attachment includes a first portion adjacent to the power tool and an overhang portion spaced apart from and opposite the first portion. A groove is located between the first portion and the overhang portion. The mounting attachment also includes a peg board projection, the peg board projection projecting away from the power tool and past the overhang portion. The peg board projection engages with a pegboard.
Deflector attachment for a drilling tool, drilling device, and conversion set, and method for carrying out drilling at locations which are difficult to reach
The invention relates to a deflector attachment (1), which is designed to be arranged on a predetermined drilling tool (111) having a predetermined drilling needle (19) which can be supported and guided along a drill axis (b) and which protrudes out of a housing (12) of the drilling tool (111) at the front. The deflector attachment (1) can be arranged on the front face of the drilling tool (111) and has a deflecting housing in which, in an arrangement for use, the drilling needle (19) emerging from the housing (12) of the drilling tool (111) can be guided. In the arrangement for use the deflecting housing is curved by a predetermined angle (a) and provides a drilling needle exit axis (a) which is offset by the predetermined angle (a) in relation to the predetermined drill axis (b) of the drilling tool (111). The invention further relates to a drilling device having a deflector attachment according to the invention, to a conversion set for drilling devices, and to a method for carrying out drilling or drill resistance measurements at a predetermined location of an object using the drilling device with deflector attachment.
ELECTRIC ROTARY TOOL
A housing holding a stator has increased rigidity. A vibration driver drill includes a motor including a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator, a gear case in front of the motor, a gear in the gear case to receive rotation of the rotor, an output shaft protruding frontward from the gear case to receive rotation from the gear, an integral cylindrical housing accommodating the motor and including a front portion with an opening and a rear portion closed, a gear case housing connected to the front portion of the integral cylindrical housing and including a right part and a left part and holding the gear case, and a grip housing extending downward from the gear case housing.
Center point drill and center point drill attachment
A newly configured centerpoint drill and a drill attachment device that can be attached to a conventional cordless drill include configurations that require a user's hand to be in direct alignment with the keyless chuck of the drill to enable a user or operator to apply maximum pressure or force during use of a drill to reduce time and effort spent by a user/operator.
POWER TOOL WITH CHUCK KEY HOLDER
A power tool includes a housing, a motor disposed in the housing, an output spindle extending outward from the housing and configured to be rotationally driven by the motor, a keyed chuck coupled to the output spindle for rotation with the output spindle, and a chuck key holder configured to releasably retain a chuck key with a first shaft with a key disposed thereon for operating the chuck, and a second shaft coupled to the first end portion of the first shaft generally perpendicular to the first shaft, the second shaft including a lever portion. The chuck key holder includes a first recess configured to receive the first shaft and a second recess with a sheath configured to receive the second shaft with the lever portion exposed from the sheath.
Drill Column End Section Assembly for a Drill Stand
A drill column end section assembly for a drill stand, comprising an end section (110) and a feed unit stopping element (120) arranged movable between a first position and a second position, wherein the stopping element (120), when in the first position, is arranged to prevent a drill stand feed unit from traversing past the drill column end section assembly, and, when in the second position, is arranged to allow the drill stand feed unit to traverse past the drill column end section assembly. The drill column end section assembly also comprises a positioning element (130) configured to releasably hold the stopping element (120) in the first position.
