The method is used to make metal fibers, more particularly steel fibers, from strip-shaped flat material, where the metal fibers have a substantially rectangular cross-section, and at least one of the wide side faces, preferably both of the wide side faces, is provided with at least one V-shaped anchor groove running longitudinally of the fiber. First, a material matched to the strength required for the metal fibers when they are used later on is used as the metal strip. In a first production line the metal strip, is fed from a coil to a straightening and transporting unit (3) by a driven and controlled unwinder (1). Downstream of a crop shear (4) that forms the leading end of the strip, the metal strip is fed to a profiling roll pair (6) consisting of an upper roll and a lower roll and forming a rolling tool. The profiling roll pair introduces anchor grooves and fracture grooves. Subsequently, the metal strip passes through a combined scoring and straightener (7) for scoring or straightening the anchor lines in the fracture grooves by means of one or more scoring roller pairs, and the metal strip is finally wound as a coil again by a winder (8). Thereafter, the last process step of the fiber make is carried out at a longitudinal and transverse dividing unit.

The lithium replenishment device is configured to clad a lithium strip to a surface of a master electrode plate body and form a master electrode plate. A slitting device is configured to slit the master electrode plate into a plurality of electrode plates. The winding devices are configured to pull the electrode plates to travel, each of the winding devices winding one corresponding electrode plate. The slitting device is disposed in an accommodating cavity of the protection device. The protection device is configured to at least partially separate particles from an external environment in a case that the slitting device slits the master electrode plate and generates the particles.

An adjustable miter gauge for use with a table saw includes a miter attachment and an adjustable guide bar coupled to the miter attachment. The miter attachment rests on a working surface of the table saw. The guide bar is received in a slot in the working surface. The guide bar includes a main body, which has first and second surfaces parallel to side walls of the slot, an adjustable body, which has a third surface parallel to the first surface, and a deformable biasing member. The adjustable body is coupled to the main body and slidable between a first position, wherein the second and third edge surfaces are coplanar, and a second position, wherein the second and third edge surfaces are not coplanar. The biasing member is arranged between the main body and the adjustable body and biases the adjustable body toward the second position.

Systems to mount and index riving knives and spreaders in table saws

Mounting systems to secure and index riving knives and spreaders in table saws are disclosed. One embodiment may include three mounts or screws attached to an elevation carriage. A clamp plate fits over the heads of the mounts and a handle pivots to move the clamp plate against flanges on the heads of the mounts to clamp a riving knife or spreader in place.

A table saw includes a base, a work table having a cutting opening, a tank for receiving cooling liquid, a blade partly extending out from the cutting opening, and a guard assembly. The guard assembly includes a guard for covering the blade and for moving upwards under the action of a workpiece. In a working condition, at least a portion of the guard abuts against the workpiece, and the workpiece can slide relative to the guard. The guard has a guiding wall which abuts against the workpiece in the working condition and which guides the cooling liquid into a kerf in the workpiece formed by the blade. The table saw effectively controls the cooling liquid splashed during the cutting operation of the workpiece and prevents the cooling liquid from splashing to dirty the operator, the work table, and the workpiece.

The locking assembly includes a rocker arm; when the rocker arm is at a first position, the locking assembly is in an unlocking state; and when the rocker arm is at a second position, the locking assembly is in a locking state. The pipecutter further includes a second drive assembly, the second drive assembly includes a first pushing member which is able to push the rocker arm to move from the first position to the second position.
