CIRCULAR SAW
A circular saw includes a worktable, a sliding unit including a mounting base mounted on the worktable and providing an accommodation slot and two sliding shafts axially slidably inserted through the mounting base at two opposite sides of the accommodation slot in a parallel manner, and a cutting unit including a saw arm pivotally connected between the two sliding shafts and providing an accommodation portion and a saw blade pivotally mounted at the saw arm. Thus, when the saw arm is in an upper limit position, the accommodation of the saw arm is partially disposed outside the accommodation slot. When the saw arm is in a lower limit position, the accommodation portion is received in the accommodation slot. Subject to the design described above, the circular saw achieves the effects of reduced overall dimension, low vibration and high cutting accuracy.
Electric cutting system
An electric power saw/cutter includes a rotatable saw structure, a rear handle with a switch/speed control, a front handle and a drive unit for rotating the saw structure. The drive unit itself including a saw structure drive arrangement to which the saw structure is attachable, a transmission for driving the saw drive arrangement, an electric motor for driving an input shaft of the transmission, and a support structure for holding/carrying the saw structure drive arrangement, the transmission and the electric motor. The front handle and the rear handle are directly connected to each other to form a handle unit, which unit is resiliently connected to the drive unit, so that vibrations from the saw blade and drive unit will be reduced in the handle unit.
SAFETY LOCK MECHANISM FOR TRIGGER SWITCH HANDLE OF MITER SAW
A safety lock mechanism mounted at a trigger switch handle of a miter saw to face toward a switch which includes a switch button pivotally mounted at the trigger switch handle to face toward the switch, and a safety lock connected to the switch button and providing an engaging portion and movable between a locking position where the engaging portion engages into the trigger switch handle to lock the switch button to the trigger switch handle and an unlocking position where the engaging portion is disengaged from the trigger switch handle for allowing the switch button to be moved relative to the trigger switch handle to trigger the switch. Thus, the arrangement of the safety lock prevents the user from accidentally forcing the switch button to trigger the switch, enhancing the operational safety of the miter saw.
TILE SAW
A tile saw includes a base, and a table movably coupled to the base and moveable in a first plane between a first position and a second position to cut a workpiece. A blade assembly has a saw blade rotatable within a second plane that is perpendicular to the first plane to cut the workpiece as the table moves between the first position and the second position. The tile saw further includes a support arm fixedly coupling the blade assembly to the base via a support arm mount, and an adjustment mechanism received by the support arm mount and the base. The adjustment mechanism is movable between a first adjustment position and a second adjustment position to adjust the position of the saw blade. Adjusting the saw blade includes at least one of translating the saw blade to a third plane parallel to the second plane and pivoting the support arm to change the yaw of the saw blade.
DUAL ACTUATION PORTABLE SAW APPARATUS
The disclosure provides a dual actuation portable saw apparatus.
CUTTING SAW AND CONTROL METHOD OF THE CUTTING SAW
A cutting saw includes a housing, a cutting part, a driving part, a power supplying part, a lighting part and a control board. The control board is electrically connected with the power supplying part, the driving part and the lighting part respectively. An operating panel is installed on the housing. The operating panel is provided with a power supply switch, a lighting switch and an alarm light. The power supply switch, the lighting switch, and the alarm light are electrically connected with the control board. When the power supply switch is activated, a light of the power supply switch lights up. If the control board of the cutting saw does not receive any control signal input within a first time threshold, the light starts to flash. If there is still no control signal input within a second time threshold after flashing, the power supply switch enters an inactivated state.
CUTTING PROTECTION GUIDE FOR CUTTING TOOLS
Cutting protection guide for cutting tools. The Cutting protection guide includes different clamping components providing plural adjustable clamping pressures at plural different vertical and horizontal and arc curve position locations for a clamping point to clamp down and securely hold a piece of material being cut on a cutting saw. The cutting protection guide allows very small pieces (e.g., about 1 to 2 inches or less, etc.) of materials (e.g., wood, metal, plastic, etc.) to be safely cut without endangering a safety of a user using the cutting saw.
Man basket for attachment to telehandler
A man basket having a frame with open front, rear and side walls and a floor that is preferably metal mesh material. The man basket includes two saw platforms extending from the top part of the rear wall and two work surfaces on either side of the saw platforms. The saw platforms optionally include saw stops. A material jig is positioned behind the saw platforms and configured to secure material against the jig when the material is laid across the work surfaces. Two telescoping members extend from the distal ends of the top rail of the rear wall and serve to further support material being worked upon by personnel in the man basket.
Electric working machine
An electric working machine may include an output shaft, a rotary blade attached to the output shaft, an output pulley fixed to the output shaft, an input shaft, an input pulley fixed to the input shaft, a transmission belt wrapped around the input pulley and the output pulley, an electric motor including a motor shaft and configured to rotate the motor shaft, a speed reducer configured to reduce a speed of rotation of the motor shaft and transmit the rotation to the input shaft, and a housing that houses the electric motor and the speed reducer, and rotatably supports the input shaft and the output shaft. A rotation axis of the motor shaft may be inclined with respect to a direction which is along a rotation axis of the output shaft.
Handheld work apparatus
A handheld work apparatus includes a housing (2). A drive motor (3) is arranged in the housing (2) for driving a tool (2) that rotates about an axis of rotation (8). A protective hood (51) at least partially covers the tool (5). An operating stop (120) is fixed relative to the housing (2) and a counter-body (110) is arranged on the protective hood (51) and corresponds to the operating stop (120). The operating stop (120) is designed as an energy absorption element which, in the event of an excess load acting on the operating stop (120) due to the counter-body (110), moves away from the counter-body (110) in order to absorb kinetic energy of the protective hood (51) and to protect components of the counter-body (110). The work apparatus (1) includes an end stop (101) for restricting the rotational movement of the protective hood (51) to an end position (25).
