HOLE SAW
A hole saw includes a base member configured to secure the hole saw to a drive device, and a set of blade members extending from the base member. Each of the blade members is attached to the base member at a fixed position, and each of the blade members includes a sawing portion having cutting teeth. The sawing portion has a medial portion connected to the base member where the sawing portion has oppositely extending, freestanding distal ends.
STRAIGHT CUTTING OSCILLATING BLADE
An accessory tool for an oscillating power tool includes a blade portion including a first lateral edge portion, a second lateral edge portion, and a leading edge portion, the leading edge portion defining a cutting edge. A reinforcement structure extends linearly across the blade portion from a first position located on the leading edge portion proximate the first lateral edge portion to a second position located on the second lateral edge portion and spaced apart from the leading edge portion. The reinforcement structure defines a cutting zone that encompasses a leading region of the blade portion between the reinforcement structure and the leading edge portion, the reinforcement structure being configured to increase a stiffness of the blade portion.
Outdoor power tool
A tool has a housing. A blade bar projects forwards from the housing along a longitudinal axis. An electric drive motor drives the blade bar. At least one battery supplies the drive motor with electrical energy. The blade bar, the drive motor and the battery are mounted on the housing. The tool has a top handle arranged above a center of gravity of the tool, and a rear handle arranged behind the tool center of gravity. The battery is arranged on the housing at least mainly in front of the rear handle.
SQUARE HOLE SAW
A tool that cuts a hole for a single or double electric gang switch box. By having four blades, all cutting at the same time and in the shape of the switch box, a more accurate and appropriately placed hole may be provided. The hole saw may be configured with two centering drills so the tool is guided into the cut. An eccentric drive mechanism converts a rotary drive into reciprocating movement of perpendicularly opposed pairs of blades to cut a rectangular opening.
Saw blade for use in performing a medical procedure
A surgical saw blade configured for oscillatory resection of bone, the saw blade including a body defining a longitudinal axis (L). The body including a mounting portion and a distal portion, the distal portion and the mounting portion formed integrally with one another such that oscillation of the mounting portion results in oscillation of the distal portion. The distal portion having teeth formed on a blade head. The mounting portion defining a series of apertures including a first aperture shaped for receiving a biasing actuator, and a second aperture including a second proximal end and a second distal end. The mounting portion includes a peninsula portion extending away from the first aperture and configured for retaining the saw blade in a saw mount, the peninsula portion is partially surrounded by the second aperture, and the peninsula portion defines an area less than an area defined by the rear second aperture.
Saw blade guiding device for a saw, and saw having the saw blade guiding device
A saw blade guiding device for a saw, in particular a jig saw, includes at least one guide unit for guiding a saw blade of the saw in a sawing operation. The guide unit has two guide elements, which are provided to together form a guide holder for the saw blade, wherein a width of the guide holder is adjustable by the two guide elements. At least one guide element of the two guide elements has, on a side facing the other guide element, at least two guide faces, each of which is provided to form a side face of the guide holder. The at least two guide faces are offset with respect to one another at least substantially parallel to an extent of the width the guide holder.
