Bandsaw automated portioning saw system with visual feedback and method of use
An automated saw wherein: the automated saw comprises one or more visual sensors, a meat positioning assembly. The automated saw is configured to analyze an uncut meat and calculate one or more cutting depths for one or more cut portions from the uncut meat. The uncut meat comprises a first end and a second end. The first end of the uncut meat can be analyzed by the automated saw by: capturing a first slice image of the first end, locating a first bone configuration and a configuration of one or more meat portions in relation to the first bone configuration, and measuring portions of the one or more meat portions to categorize which among one or more cuts of meat is presented at the first end of the uncut meat. The automated saw calculates a first cutting depth for a first meat portion.
BAND SAW MACHINE BASE STRUCTURE
A band saw machine base structure includes a base box having a receiving space. A seat is connected to an underside of a band saw machine. The base box is mounted to the seat and the band saw machine, or the base box is connected to an underside of the seat. By arranging the base box mounted to the seat to protect the band saw machine to avoid collisions during transportation and facilitate packaging, or by arranging the base box connected to the underside of the seat as a stand to increase the height of operation of the band saw machine.
Band Saw Stand
A band saw stand includes a base and an arm rotatably coupled to the base. The arm includes an opening that receives at least a first band saw having a mounting portion and a second band saw having a different mounting portion. The band saw stand is further configured to couple to the mounting portion of the first band saw and the different mounting portion of the second band saw.
Steak Cleaning System with Adjustable Top and Bottom Scrapers
A meat cleaning system for cleaning debris from a meat cut. The meat cleaning system comprises a control system, one or more conveyor assemblies having a first end and a second end, a first scraping assembly for scraping a bottom surface of the meat cut, a second scraping assembly for scraping a top surface of the meat cut, a tower housing the second scraping assembly, a base supporting the one or more conveyor assemblies, the first scraping assembly and the tower, one or more motors each configured to selectively drive the first scraping assembly, the second scraping assembly and the one or more conveyor assemblies, and one or more sensors for measuring a thickness of the meat cut. The control system comprises a memory having an application, one or more processors, and a communication hardware. The application is executed using the one or more processors.
Bandsaw operative to make simultaneous spaced-apart cuts with a single blade
A bandsaw makes simultaneous, spaced-apart cuts in hard or soft materials with a single bandsaw blade. The invention is ideally suited to cutting spaced-apart parallel surfaces to form support blocks, however, different embodiment may be controlled or programmed to make parallel or non-parallel cuts at varying angles. The single bandsaw blade rides on circular wheels on both sides of a gap or passageway, such that a first portion of the blade crosses the passage along a first, upper path, and a second portion of the bandsaw blade crosses the passage along a second, lower path. A table moves the material through the passage, whereupon the material is simultaneously cut along two planes corresponding to the upper and lower paths of the bandsaw blade. A preferred embodiment includes a first set of upper and lower wheels on one side of the passage, and a second set of upper and lower wheels on an opposing side of the passage.
Reagent buffer
An embodiment relates to a reagent buffer comprising a zwitterionic sulfonic solution, a non-ionic surfactant solution, and a buffer solution, wherein the reagent buffer has a pH range of about 7.0 to about 8.0 and a circular dichroism with an absorbance peak more than 0 at 190 nm and 225 nm. In an embodiment, the reagent buffer is configured to be a reagent buffer for a lateral flow immunoassay for detection of COVID-19.

A bandsaw makes simultaneous, spaced-apart cuts in hard or soft materials with a single bandsaw blade.
