Depth Restrained Cutting Device
A depth restrained cutting device for preventing unintended contact with live wires includes a plate that is rigid. The plate is configured to couple to a cutting tool. A cutting edge is coupled to and extends radially from a circumference of the plate. A stop is coupled to a first face of the plate. The stop is dimensionally smaller than the plate. The stop is configured to contact a surface of a substrate that is to be cut, such as a polyvinyl chloride pipe, to prevent contact of the cutting edge with articles, such as wires, that are positioned in the substrate.
Universal accessories for oscillating power tools
An accessory for coupling to an attachment mechanism of an oscillating power tool includes a working end, an opposite rear end, and a fitment portion adjacent the rear end portion. The fitment portion includes a central opening having a central portion and a rearward portion open to the rear end, and configured to receive a post of a tool clamping mechanism. The fitment portion further includes a first plurality of openings in communication with and extending radially outward from the central portion, a second plurality of openings not in communication with and positioned radially outward from the central portion. The central portion, the first plurality of openings, and the second plurality of openings are configured to couple the fitment portion to a plurality of different configurations of attachment mechanisms for oscillating power tools.
ACCESSORIES FOR OSCILLATING POWER TOOLS
An accessory for coupling to an oscillating power tool includes a working end portion and an attachment portion. The working end portion defines and extends along a working axis. The attachment portion is coupled to the working end portion and includes a top wall, a bottom wall spaced apart from the top wall, and a peripheral wall extending from the top wall to the bottom wall at least partially around the top wall to form at least a portion of a polygonal shape. A generally U-shaped opening is defined in the top wall, extends along an attachment axis at an angle to the working axis, has a central portion at a center of the attachment portion, and is open to a gap in the peripheral wall. A plurality of radial openings is defined in the top wall and arranged between the U-shaped opening and the peripheral wall. The peripheral wall, the U-shaped opening, and the plurality of radial openings are configured to couple the attachment portion to at least two different configurations of accessory attachment mechanisms on different oscillating power tools.
ACCESSORIES FOR OSCILLATING POWER TOOLS
An accessory for oscillating power tools includes an attachment portion and a working portion extending along an axis and including a rear end portion, a front end portion with a cutting edge, a first lateral non-cutting edge, and a second lateral non-cutting edge. The cutting edge includes a first subset of teeth including at least one first tooth extending from the first lateral edge toward the axis, a second subset of teeth including at least one second tooth extending from the second lateral edge toward the tool axis, and a third subset of teeth including at least one third tooth disposed between the first subset of teeth and the second subset of teeth and intersecting the axis. Each first tooth and each second tooth has a first configuration and each third tooth has a second configuration that is different from the first configuration.
Guide blades for oscillating and reciprocating power tools
Guide blades for use with oscillating and reciprocating power tools and provide improved speed and safety, as well as protection against the cutting blades protruding outside of a desired area or beyond a specified surface depth are disclosed. The guide blades include a blade portion with a cutting edge, an adapter corresponding to a particular type oscillating power tool, an attachment base for attaching the guide blade to the oscillating power tool, the attachment base including an offset portion for attachment of the blade portion to the attachment base, and an accessory attachment portion with an opening for securing the adapter to the attachment base, and a rounded guide affixed to the blade portion between the cutting edge and the offset portion, the rounded guide extending from side-to-side and curved away from the offset portion and toward the cutting edge, wherein the rounded guide provides for variable cutting depth.
Tool
A tool, in particular a plunge-cut saw blade, includes a saw blade that has at least one main body and at least one working part. The working part has at least one working edge with saw teeth and is connected integrally to the main body along a straight connecting edge. The working edge includes a curved and/or polygon-like formation thereon.
Rotary reciprocating saw blade for a power tool
A rotary reciprocating saw blade for a power tool comprises a blade body having an at least approximately rectilinear cutting edge, and at least two linear or strip-shaped impressions that each interconnect a respective two corner points of the blade body.
OSCILLATING JIG SAW BLADE
An accessory tool for an oscillating power tool includes a support arm portion having a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge and a blade portion extending from a forward end portion of the support arm portion generally in a lateral direction. The blade portion includes a cutting edge arranged facing in the forward direction and a trailing edge that faces toward the mounting portion. The mounting portion defines a central axis which intersects the oscillating axis when the mounting portion is attached to a tool holder of the oscillating power tool. The first lateral edge of the support arm portion and the trailing edge of the blade portion define an open region which is interposed between the blade portion and the mounting portion. The central axis intersects the open region and both the trailing edge and the cutting edge of the blade portion.
Multifunctional quick assembly mounting hole for swing tools
The invention discloses a multifunctional quick assembly mounting hole for swing tools, comprising an assembly bottom plate, a bending transition segment, and a tool head connecting plate, wherein the bending transition segment is arranged between the assembly bottom plate and the tool head connecting plate; the bending transition segment is arranged obliquely, and the bending transition segment is in arc transition between the assembly bottom plate and the tool head connecting plate; the assembly bottom plate is provided with a first assembly positioning boss and a second quick assembly positioning boss. The invention relates to the technical field of electric tools, in particular to a multifunctional quick assembly mounting hole for swing tools with high practicability, simple structure, convenient carrying, quick assembly, wide application range, which is suitable for multiple machine connection modes.
