An elongated tool for use with an associated oscillating multitool having 1.sup.st and 2.sup.nd axial extremities. A mounting portion configured to center the tool for oscillation about a rotation axis is disposed proximate to the 1.sup.st axial extremity thereof. A saw blade assembly comprising 1st and 2nd planar oscillating saw blades disposed in spaced mutually parallel relationship is disposed at the 2nd axial extremity of the elongated tool. Each of said 1st and 2nd cutters have a plurality of peripheral cutting teeth proximate to the 2nd axial extremity thereof and distal to the 1.sup.st axial extremity.

Accessories for oscillating power tools

An accessory includes an attachment portion with a central opening configured to be coupled to an oscillating power tool and defining a first axis generally parallel to a power tool axis. An intermediate portion with a first side edge and a second side edge has a proximal end portion coupled to the attachment portion and extends away from the attachment portion to a distal end portion. A working portion is coupled to and extends away from a distal end portion at an angle to the intermediate portion and at an angle to the first axis. The working end portion has a non-cutting third side edge continuous with the first side edge and a cutting fourth side edge continuous with the second side edge. The intermediate portion wraps at least partially around an obstruction located along the first axis so the working portion can cut a workpiece located behind the obstruction.

Accessories for oscillating power tools

An accessory for an oscillating power tool includes an attachment portion configured to be coupled to an oscillating power tool and a working portion coupled to the attachment portion and extending generally along a longitudinal axis. The working portion has a generally planar wedge shape bounded at least partially by a rear non-cutting end with a first width, a front cutting edge opposite the rear edge with a second width that is greater than the first width, a first side cutting edge extending from a first end of the rear end to a first end of the front cutting edge at a first angle to the longitudinal axis, and a second side cutting edge opposite the first side cutting edge and extending from a second end of the rear end to a second end of the front cutting edge at a second angle to the longitudinal axis.

A cutting blade for a cutting tool has a central mounting portion adapted to engage with a tool housing, and a blade edge extending outwardly from the central mounting portion, the blade edge being adapted for cutting. A ridge is positioned adjacent the blade edge, the ridge configured to limit the penetration depth of the cutting blade into a workpiece.

ARC-SHAPED OSCILLATING SAW BLADE WITH LARGE AND SMALL TEETH AND OSCILLATING SAW

An arc-shaped oscillating saw blade with large and small teeth and an oscillating saw are provided. The arc-shaped oscillating saw blade with large and small teeth includes a connecting part and a cutting part. Sawteeth of the cutting part are arranged in an arc shape, and a plurality of adjacent sawteeth form a sawtooth unit, and each sawtooth unit includes a plurality of large teeth and a plurality of small teeth, thus forming a structure with the large and small teeth interleaved. With structural design of the saw blade with interleaved large and small teeth, an effective cutting area of the saw blade can be increased. With design of incremented angles, the sawteeth distributed in the arc shape can be formed, which facilitates reducing of the impact and vibration in the cutting process and further improves the cutting accuracy.
