Surgical sagittal blade cartridge with a guide bar
A surgical sagittal saw blade cartridge that includes a guide bar formed from an inner layer and opposed outer plates. The inner layer comprising an outer tine extending distally from the proximal end of the guide bar. An outer surface of the outer tine forms a section of a side surface of the guide bar. A side weld may be formed along the side surface of the guide bar. The cartridge may include a blade coupled to the guide bar, the blade comprising a web disposed between the two outer plates. The blade may include a blade head integral with and located distal to the web, the head formed with teeth located distal to the guide bar, the teeth having a sufficient thickness to form a kerf able to receive the guide bar. A method of forming the cartridge is also contemplated, including welding the inner layer to the outer plates.
TOOL DEVICE
The invention relates to a tool device which is suitable for use with a machine tool, in particular a hand guided machine tool, having a driving device moving, in particular in an oscillating manner, around a driving axis. The tool device has an attachment device which allows it to be fastened on a machine tool such that its driving axis and an axis of rotation of the tool substantially coincide. The attachment device, for absorbing the driving force, has at least two driving area regions, which are spaced apart from said tool axis of rotation and each has a plurality of surface points. The tangent planes to said surface-area points are inclined in regard to an axial plane, which encloses the tool axis of rotation. Furthermore, said tangent planes are inclined regard to a radial plane which extends perpendicularly to the tool axis of rotation. This means that the torque introduced into the tool device by the machine tool, via the driving device, is reliably absorbed.
MULTI-EDGE OSCILLATING SAW BLADE
The present disclosure provides a multi-edge saw blade for use with an oscillating tool that provides multiple cutting edges that can be used sequentially as each cutting edge becomes worn-out or damaged. The multi-edge saw blade includes a first row of cutting teeth arranged across its distal edge and a row of perforations situated across the distal end of the blade and spaced a distance behind the first row of cutting teeth. In some aspects, the multi-edge saw blade further includes at least one additional row of perforations, each situated a spaced distance behind the row of perforations before it. Responsive to a twisting force applied orthogonally to the plane of the blade, each blade edge can be removed from the blade to reveal a fresh row of cutting teeth. The multi-edge saw blade further includes an attachment socket on its proximate end.
Blade cleaner
An apparatus (100), including: a base (102) configured to retain a liquid therein; an abrasive mat (200) configured to rest on a bottom of the base and to support a saw blade in a horizontal orientation; and a blade slot (612) configured to hold the saw blade in a vertical orientation.
HOLE SAW
A hole saw includes a base member configured to secure the hole saw to a drive device and a plurality of blade members extending orthogonally to the base member. The blade members are configured to cut into a structure to form a polygonal opening in the structure in response to rotational movement of the hole saw by the drive device. Each blade member is attached to the base member in a fixed position relative to the base member and has cutting teeth extending in a respective cutting direction. First and second blade members of the plurality are disposed parallel to each other and have I-shaped faces that face each other. Third and fourth blade members of the plurality are disposed parallel to each other and have I-shaped faces that face each other.
OSCILLATING POWER TOOL AND BLADE WITH SNAP FIT ENGAGEMENT
An oscillating power tool includes a power tool connection clamp and an oscillating saw blade. The power tool connection clamp defines a clamp recess. The oscillating saw blade includes an anchor, a working portion, a tool arbor engagement portion, and a tool arbor lock point. The anchor is disposed at least partially in a first plane. The tool arbor engagement portion includes a side wall extending away from the first plane and a cap wall coupled to the side wall and disposed at least partially in a second plane. The tool arbor lock point extends outwardly from the side wall between the first plane and the second plane. The tool arbor lock point is configured to mate with the power tool connection clamp in a snap fit engagement when received in the clamp recess.
HYBRID SAW BLADE
A saw blade includes a blade body having a top surface and a bottom surface, wherein the blade body is at least partially comprised of a first composite material or a metal; a cutting edge on a distal end of the blade body; and a coupling configured to connect the blade body to a handpiece adapted to oscillate the blade body. The saw blade may include: a first inlay portion and a second inlay portion, where the first inlay portion is either embedded in the top surface or covers the top surface, and the second inlay portion is either embedded in the top surface or covers the bottom surface; or an inlay portion sandwiched between a top portion and a bottom portion of the blade body.
Saw Tool
The disclosure relates to a saw tool, in particular a saw blade, for a machine tool, in particular an oscillating multifunctional machine tool, comprising at least one iron-containing support and at least one tungsten-containing hard metal strip which has a strip connection edge, wherein the at least one hard metal strip is bonded to the support at the strip connection edge via a diffusion connection which has at least one diffusion zone. The strip connection edge is designed to be at least substantially curved, in particular along a circular arc.
BLADE FOR A POWER TOOL
A blade having an attachment portion including an aperture defining an anchor center, the attachment portion configured to couple with an oscillating power tool. The blade also has a first blade portion having a first cutting edge, and a second blade portion having a second cutting edge. The first and second blade portions are generally coplanar and extend away from the attachment portion in an outward direction. The first cutting edge has a first horizontal linear dimension measured perpendicular to the outward direction, the first horizontal linear dimension being 3.5 to 4.0 inches to generally correspond with a first dimension of a single outlet gang box. The second cutting edge has a second horizontal linear dimension measured perpendicular to the outward direction, the second horizontal linear dimension being 2.1 to 2.6 inches to generally correspond with a second dimension of the single outlet gang box.
Hybrid saw blade
A surgical saw blade including a cutting edge, blade body and a coupling for connecting the blade body to a handpiece. The blade body at least partially includes a composite material that helps to confer optimal weight and rigidity to the saw blade to allow for minimal vibration during use and minimal mechanical load on the handpiece.
