HANDHELD MOBILE DEVICE WITH HIDDEN ANTENNA FORMED OF METAL INJECTION MOLDED SUBSTRATE
The disclosed embodiments include a housing of a handheld mobile device. The housing includes a ceramic layer forming a continuous outermost surface of the handheld mobile device, and an antenna layer adjacent to the ceramic layer. The antenna layer including conductive elements formed from a metal injection molded substrate, and an antenna break formed of non-conductive material electrically separating the conductive elements to collectively form an antenna of the handheld mobile device that is hidden by the ceramic layer from an exterior view of the handheld mobile device.
Method and device for etching patterns inside objects
Systems and methods for etching complex patterns on an interior surface of a hollow object are disclosed. A method generally includes positioning a laser system within the hollow object with a focal point of the laser focused on the interior surface, and operating the laser system to form the complex pattern on the interior surface. Motion of the laser system and the hollow object is controlled by a motion control system configured to provide rotation and/or translation about a longitudinal axis of one or both of the hollow object and the laser system based on the complex pattern, and change a positional relationship between a reflector and a focusing lens of the laser system to accommodate a change in distance between the reflector and the interior surface of the hollow object.

Device for producing at least one hollow valve
A device for producing at least one hollow valve for a gas exchange system may include at least one valve holder. The at least one valve holder may include a valve stem centring element, a valve receptacle and a valve head holder. The valve receptacle may receive a valve stem and the valve head holder may receive a valve head. A first carrier and a second carrier may be provided. The valve holder may be arranged on the first carrier. At least one cathode holder may be arranged on the second carrier. The cathode holder may include a cathode that is insertable through the first carrier via the valve stem centring element. At least one contact plate may be arranged opposite the valve head holder.
Fixture for electro-chemical machining electrode
A fixture for an electro-chemical machining (ECM) electrode is provided. The fixture may include a clamp having a shape and size configured to selectively engage in at least a portion of a selected dovetail slot of a plurality of dovetail slots in a turbine wheel. An electrode mount positions an electrode head relative to the clamp such that the electrode head operatively engages a portion of the selected dovetail slot for electro-chemical machining of the portion. The fixture's electrode may act as a cathode for the ECM process. The fixture allows for ECM on site without removing a turbine wheel from a turbomachine.

Device and method for deburring of metal workpiece
The present disclosure relates to a deburring device and method for a metal workpiece. The deburring device for the metal workpiece includes a power source, an insulating tube, a tank and an electrolyte contained in the tank. A first end of the insulating tube communicates with the electrolyte, and a second end thereof projects into a hole with burrs to be removed in the workpiece. A first pole of the power source is conductive with the workpiece, and a second pole thereof is configured to be conductive with the electrolyte. A gas layer can be formed when the power source is turned on and the electrolyte is introduced into the burr location in the hole through the insulating tube, and the gas layer is broken down under the action of a voltage to remove the burrs.
Device and method for producing a blade airfoil
A device and a method for producing a blade airfoil from a workpiece which comprises at least two gaps and at least one blank arranged between the two gaps, wherein the blank comprises two opposite lateral faces which are bounded by a base, a top and a first and a second edge.
