An LED lamp and it power source module are provided. The LED lamp includes an LED module and a power source module. The power source module includes two rectifying circuits, a filtering capacitor, a plurality of fuses, two filament-simulating circuits, and a discharge device. Each of the filament-simulating circuits is configured to allow a current to flow from one pin to the other pin via the corresponding first and second filament-simulating circuits during a pre-heat process executed by a ballast.
METHODS OF FURNACE-LESS BRAZING
A method of furnace-less brazing of a substrate is provided. The method includes providing a substrate having a brazing region thereon; disposing braze precursor material containing a nickel powder, an aluminum powder, and a platinum group metal powder on the brazing region; and initiating an exothermic reaction of the braze precursor material such that the exothermic reaction produces a braze material that reaches a braze temperature above the liquidus temperature for the braze material. A braze precursor material is also provided.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR STACKING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
A method and a system for stacking printed circuit boards includes providing a lower baseboard, a pinboard, and an upper baseboard; printing a first solder paste on the lower baseboard; placing a placement component on the lower baseboard; placing the pinboard on the lower baseboard; reflow soldering the lower baseboard with the placement component and the pinboard and forming a first assembly; printing the first solder paste and a second solder paste on the upper baseboard; placing the placement component on the upper baseboard and the first assembly on the upper baseboard; and reflow soldering the upper baseboard with the placement component and the first assembly and forming a printed circuit board; a melting point of the first solder paste is higher than a melting point of the second solder paste.
ROOF LASER BRAZING SYSTEM
A roof laser brazing system comprises a side home position jig installed at each of opposite sides of the transferring path of the body in the brazing section, a roof-pressing jig detachably mounted on a handling robot, docked to the side home position jig, and that home-positions and presses the roof panel loaded on the opposite side panels, a brazing assembly mounted on at least one brazing robot in the side home position jig side and that brazes bonding portions between the opposite side panels and the roof panel using a laser as a heat source, and a grinding assembly mounted on the at least one grinding robot in the grinding section and that grinds brazing beads of the bonding portions between the opposite side panels and the roof panel.
COOLING SYSTEMS AND METHODS USING SINGLE-PHASE FLUID
A cooling system includes a heat exchanger having one or more rows of multiple flat tubes, louvered fins disposed between pairs of flat tubes, and special header tube connections to form a counter flow heat exchanger. Heat exchangers having multiple rows may be placed near or close to the server racks and may be in fluid communication with an outdoor heat exchanger having one or more rows. A single-phase fluid is pumped through a fluid circuit or loop, which includes the heat exchangers at the server racks and the outdoor heat exchanger. The single-phase fluid circuit including the heat exchangers at the IT racks may alternatively be in thermal communication with a water circuit that includes an outdoor fluid cooler. The flat tubes can be formed tubes with one or more channels, or extruded tubes with multiple channels. The heat exchangers include header tubes/connections, which facilitate easy fabrication and connection between rows and inlet/outlet, and lower the pressure drop.
Aluminum Material for Fluxfree Cab Brazing
An aluminum alloy brazing sheet has a 3XXX, 1XXX or 6XXX core, an interliner and a 4XXX brazing layer without added Mg. The interliner has Bi and Mg, the magnesium migrating to the surface of the brazing sheet during brazing and reducing the aluminum oxide to facilitate brazing without flux in a controlled inert atmosphere with reduced oxygen.
TECHNIQUES AND ASSEMBLIES FOR JOINING COMPONENTS
The disclosure describes example techniques and assemblies for joining a first component and a second component. The techniques may include positioning the first and second component adjacent to each other to define a joint region between adjacent portions of the first component and the second component, the joint region being coated with an adhesion resistant coating. The techniques may also include positioning a braze material in the joint region, heating the braze material to form an at least softened material, and cooling the at least softened material to form a mechanical interlock including the braze material in the joint region joining the first and second components. The braze material does not metallurgically bond to the joint surface.
Heat Exchanger and Method for Manufacturing Heat Exchanger
A heat exchanger includes: flat tubes; a plate attached to the flat tubes; a medium tank configured to form a medium flow path by covering openings of flat tubes; and a reinforcing member to reinforce the openings. The reinforcing member includes a pair of leg portions and a connection portion that connects the leg portions. An insertion amount of the leg portions into the opening is larger than a sum of a gap between the connection portion and an inner surface and a length from the opening to a position corresponding to a brazed portion between the flat tube and the plate, or when a protruding portion protruding in a direction opposite an insertion direction is provided in the connection portion, larger than a sum of a gap between the protruding portion and the inner surface and a length from the opening to the position corresponding to the brazed portion.
CLOSED SOCKET BRAZED JOINT ASSEMBLY
A closed socket brazed joint assembly includes a first member, a second member with a first end having first and second faying surfaces, a socket in the first member that receives the second member with a faying surface with at least two portions separated by a first fillet. Before application of energy to the joint, there is a gap between the faying surfaces of the first and second members. A slug of brazing fill material is between the first end of the second member and at least one faying surface of the socket. Upon application of energy, the brazing fill material melts and flows from between first end of the second member and the at least one faying surface of the socket to fill the gap between the faying surfaces of the first and second members.
