The heating zone comprises a heating zone inlet and a heating zone outlet. The cooling zone comprises a cooling zone inlet and a cooling zone outlet. The barrier and exhaust zone is located between the heating zone outlet and the cooling zone inlet. An inlet of the gas exhaust passage is communicated with the barrier and exhaust zone. The gas exhaust power device is disposed on the gas exhaust passage. The detection device is disposed on the gas exhaust passage and used for detecting parameters of gas in the gas exhaust passage, wherein the parameters of the gas reflect a blockage condition of the gas exhaust power device. The reflow oven according to the present disclosure can ensure that the gas containing soldering flux is sufficiently drawn out from the barrier and exhaust zone, thereby ensuring the production quality of a circuit board and improving the qualified rate of the circuit board.

Soldering apparatus and flux-applying device

A soldering apparatus including a flux-applying device having a nut that is fitted into the soldering apparatus and the flux-applying device can change a fixed position of the nut easier than that of a convention example even if any adhered matters generated when each apparatus or device is used for a long time are adhered. The nut screws on to the screw shaft having a predetermined length. The nut is provided with at least one non-meshing part that does not mesh with the screw shaft and is formed parallel to a movement direction thereof. The non-meshing part extends from a forward end of the nut to a rear end thereof along whole length of the nut.

Solder paste misprint cleaning

A processor receives solder paste information, where the solder paste information describes a solder paste used in assembly of a printed circuit board. A processor determines a minimum magnetic force required for removing the solder paste from the printed circuit board based on the solder paste information. A processor receives electromagnet information, where the electromagnet information describes an electromagnet used in cleaning of a misprint of the solder paste on the printed circuit board. A processor determines a minimum amount of power to provide the electromagnet to induce the minimum magnetic force in the electromagnet, where the determination of the amount of power is based on the electromagnet information and the minimum magnetic force. A processor adjusts an amount of power applied to the electromagnet to at least the determined minimum amount of power to clean the misprint of the solder paste from the printed circuit board.

Automated brazing apparatus and method

A system for automatically brazing joints in a manifold has a loading station, a brazing station, and a cooling station. The brazing station has a plurality of brazing torches moveable to a joint in the manifold to braze the joint. First, second and third fixture frames extend from a common rotatable platform. The platform rotates each of the fixture frames to each of the loading station, brazing station, and cooling station in turn. The fixture frames support manifolds with joints requiring brazing. The torches are disposed on a lifting platform that lifts the torches up to a desired joint. The lifting platform is disposed on a sliding platform that slides the torches horizontally to the desired joint. The torches surround the joint and braze it from all sides simultaneously. While brazing is being performed at the brazing station, loading and unloading of manifolds may be done at the loading station, and cooling of already-brazed manifolds may take place at the cooling station.

The invention relates to an apparatus for metering a medium comprising a base element provided for fastening to a robot, a metering valve movably supported at the base element, and at least one piezo actuator by which the metering valve is movable relative to the base element.

VISCOUS FLUID SUPPLY DEVICE

A flux unit includes a flux supply device configured to eject flux to a storage tray, an ejection port configured to eject the flux, and an ejection port moving device configured to move the ejection port in the radial direction of the storage tray. By this, the flux is ejected in a wide range in the radial direction of the storage tray. Also, the storage tray is rotated by a tray rotation device. Thus, the film thickness of the flux ejected in the wide range of the storage tray is adjusted by a squeegee all at once. Thus, the time required for adjusting the film thickness of the flux can be reduced.
