A sweep auger system having a driveshaft with auger flighting and a backboard extending a length from an inward end to an outward end. An input of a gearbox is connected to an outward end of the drive shaft and a sweep wheel having a plurality of notches, arms and feet is connected to an output of the gearbox. A drive shield is placed around a rearward side of the sweep wheel that forms a channel that is configured to capture grain agitated by the sweep wheel. A guide plate is connected to the gearbox and covers a portion of the gearbox. The guide plate angles from an upper outward edge downward and forward to a lower inward edge that is configured to urge the grain captured within the channel of the drive shield to move in front of the sweep auger system reducing grain left in the grain bin.

A modular comb system and method can include: a frame including a comb body; a locking ring including a locking mechanism for mating with the comb body and for locking the locking ring to the comb body; and a screen insert configured to be in a fixed position with respect to the frame based on the locking ring being locked to the comb body.

Systems and Methods for Manufacturing a Stack Trim

A system may be configured to manufacture a layered cage of a trim. Some embodiments may additively manufacture, in each of a plurality of layers, a plurality of channels each having a cross section such that an amount of the layers satisfies a criterion, the cross section being defined by vertical walls, angular portions that extend from the walls, and a shaped top and/or bottom intersecting with angular portions. And the channels of one of the layers may not intersect with any other channel of any other layer of the cage.

Method for producing a thermal barrier on a part of a turbomachine

A process for manufacturing a turbomachine part coated with a thermal barrier, includes manufacturing the part by additive manufacture; electrophoretic depositing the part of a layer including particles of a ceramic material; consolidating the layer by heat treatment to obtain a ceramic coating.

MASK, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MASK

Disclosed are a mask and a manufacturing method for the mask, aiming to solve the problem in the prior art of the easy occurrence of color mixing due to the inaccurate position of evaporation when a pattern of a light-emitting substrate is formed by means of a mask. The mask for covering a mother board, which is formed by a multi-division exposure procedure and thus has a substrate invalid region that cannot be exposed due to the multi-division exposure procedure, comprises: a metal frame; a support mask located on one side of the metal frame; at least one fine metal mask strip, which is located on the side of the support mask that faces away from the metal frame, and is provided with multiple openings for the evaporation of a light-emitting film for sub-pixels in the mother board; and a support plate located between the metal frame and the fine metal mask for covering the substrate invalid region, with the thickness of the support plate being greater than that of the support mask.

A manufacturing method is provided during which a plurality of first apertures are formed in a first plate to provide an apertured first plate. A plurality of second apertures are formed in a second plate to provide an apertured second plate. The apertured first plate and the apertured second plate are bonded to a base sheet to form a structure. The base sheet is bent to form a bend in the structure between the apertured first plate and the apertured second plate.

LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY APPARATUS

A liquid crystal display apparatus is provided. The liquid crystal display apparatus comprises a backplane having a second step portion and a first step portion used for supporting a liquid crystal panel, that is, the assembly of optical parts such as a light homogenizing element and an optical film to the liquid crystal panel is implemented in the present application via the backplane without a middle frame.

Disclosed are a support unit and a floor plate. The support unit includes a first plate and a second plate which are spaced apart from each other, one end of the first plate is provided with a plurality of first ring walls at intervals, one end of second plate facing the first plate is provided with a plurality of second ring walls at intervals, the plurality of second ring walls are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first ring walls, each of the second ring walls is sleeved outside and matched with a respective one of the first ring walls to form a support structure that supports the first plate and the second plate.

Fluid delivery systems and methods

A method of dispensing fluid includes three processes. A first one of these processes includes pumping fluid into a resilient variable-volume dispensing chamber. The dispensing chamber is in series with a normally present finite fluid impedance and an output. The impedance is sufficient so as to cause expansion of the dispensing chamber as it receives pumped fluid even while some fluid flows through the output. Another one of these processes includes repeatedly measuring a parameter related to volume of the dispensing chamber over time. A third one of these processes includes controlling the pumping of fluid based on repeated measurements of the parameter to produce a desired fluid flow through the output. A corresponding system for dispensing fluid implements these processes.
