Shaping of line ends
Aligning machines for individual line ends (2) of cable (3) provide enhanced stress-free and precise alignment of line ends (2) of the cable (3) prior to the further processing thereof. Cable (3) is fixed in a clamp (5) opposite a rotor (4) provided with recesses (6, 7) for the exposed line ends (2). This rotor (4) is provided with a corresponding number of preferably parallel elongate blind holes (7) that connect to funnel-shaped guides (6) for the line ends (2). The rotor (4) and the clamp (5) for the cable (3) are movably mounted relative to one another.

A method for mounting an electronic component onto a circuit board. The method may include preparing a mounting device including a rotatable mounting head, a holding means to hold the electronic component, a component recognition camera, a memory device, and a microcomputer, the electronic component being mounted onto the circuit board based on a result of performing recognition processing with respect to an acquired image, determining a mid-operation instruction action mode at start of a production operation, executing an instruction of obtaining an offset value relative to a rotation center of the rotatable mounting head and storing the offset value in the memory device at a time interval according to the determined mid-operation instruction action mode, and executing the instruction at a longer time interval when the instruction has continuously met a required accuracy more than once.

A device for the transport of singled objects comprising a first tube section, delimiting a loading channel from a rear aperture to a front aperture, a loading aperture for the insertion of the singled object in the loading channel, a second tube section connected to the rear aperture of the first tube section and delimiting a guide channel, a thrust generator suitable to generate in the loading channel a thrust in the transport direction, a transport support suitable to accommodate the object and arranged in the loading channel in such a way as to be launched in the transport direction along the guide channel and a rebound device positioned in the guide channel to make the transport support bounce, causing the release of the object from transport.
Positioning clamp having pivotal arms and a cam with movement regulation
A clamp apparatus includes a mounting module, a clamp module, and an actuator. The clamp module includes two facing arms and a cam clamped between the two arms. Each arm is rotatably mounted to the mounting module and has a clamp end. The clamp module is configured to have a clamped configuration in which each clamp end is engaged with the object and an open configuration in which the object is free from each of the clamp ends, and further configured to operate between the clamped configuration and the open configuration. The actuator is configured to drive the cam thereby imparting motive force to the two arms during the operation between the clamped configuration and the open configuration.
VALVE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
A valve actuator assembly that include an actuator and an actuator mounting assembly. The actuator mounting assembly may be secured to a valve shaft without the actuator present, and the actuator may be secured to the actuator mounting assembly later. This can make it easier to mount the actuator mounting assembly, especially in cramped spaces. In some cases, the actuator may be wired where it is convenient, and then moved to the actuator mounting assembly and secured to the mounted actuator mounting assembly, sometimes with a simple snap attachment. In some cases, a button, lever or other mechanism may release the actuator from the actuator mounting assembly for easy removal.
Contact retention plate for power connector assembly
A contact insertion machine includes a contact feeder having a feed finger configured to feed contacts of a power connector assembly in a feed direction along a feed track during a contact loading process. The contact insertion machine includes a power connector assembly holder holding a housing of the power connector assembly and movable relative to the feed track to position the housing to receive the contacts in a contact stack. The contact insertion machine includes a contact retention plate located upstream of the power connector assembly holder having a contact insertion port therethrough. The contact insertion port is aligned with the feed track downstream of the feed track. The power connector assembly holder is movable relative to the contact retention plate to position the housing to receive the contacts through the contact insertion port.
Automatic fuel shutoff
A combination lever for a carburetor is an integrated shutoff lever and fuel valve. The combination lever includes a longitudinal portion for a handle and a cylindrical portion including a fuel path for the fuel valve. A carburetor casing is shaped to form a valve chamber and a carburetor chamber. The valve chamber supports the cylindrical portion. A directional cavity formed in the cylindrical portion of the combination lever regulates a flow of fuel to the carburetor chamber according to a rotation of the combination lever. At one position the directional cavity opens the fuel path so that fuel flows into the carburetor chamber. At another position the directional cavity closes the fuel path so that the flow of fuel is blocked. The combination lever may also include an abutment portion to engage a switch for completing an electrical shutoff path to an engine coupled to the carburetor.
Automatic fuel shutoff
A combination lever for a carburetor is an integrated shutoff lever and fuel valve. The combination lever includes a longitudinal portion for a handle and a cylindrical portion including a fuel path for the fuel valve. A reel for a component mounting apparatus that pulls a carrier tape out of the reel and pitch-feeds and supplies the carrier tape by a tape feeder in a component supply part and picks up a supplied component and mounts the component in a substrate by a mounting head. The reel includes: a reel core part; and the carrier tape being wound and stored around the reel core part, wherein the carrier tape includes a distal end fixed to the reel core part, and a brittle part that is positioned in the vicinity of the distal end and is broken by action of longitudinal tension in excess of a prescribed strength on the carrier tape, and the pitch-feed separates the carrier tape from the reel core part at the brittle part.
Welding torch maintenance center
A welding torch maintenance apparatus and a welding tip changer are described. The welding torch maintenance apparatus and the welding tip changing apparatus each comprise a first gripping means for fastening the welding torch/diffuser so that the nozzle/welding tip is aligned with the rotational axis, a second gripping means for holding the nozzle/welding tip, the second gripping means rotates about the rotational axis to remove the nozzle/welding tip, and moves along the rotational axis. A drive means is provided for rotating the second gripping means, and a lift system is provided for moving the second gripping along the rotational axis. The welding torch maintenance apparatus further includes a cleaning means which enters the nozzle at the distal end and cleans an interior of the nozzle.
