The present invention relates to detaching equipment for detaching an electronic device and a detaching method thereof. A base of the detaching equipment comprises a bearing groove for bearing the electronic device. The first fixing unit and the second fixing unit are disposed at the base. A fixing member of the first fixing unit is capable of moving along a first direction to fix a housing of the electronic device. A protruding portion of the fixing member faces the bearing groove. A baffle of the second fixing unit moves along a second direction to be inserted between a motherboard and a battery unit. At least one lifting portion of a pry bar is provided with an arc. The arc of the lifting portion fits the battery unit of the electronic device, and the pry bar abuts against the protruding portion to lift and detach the battery unit.

A device for distributing clip-type components for assembling parts includes a main magazine for bulk storage of the components, a tray for temporary storage of components extracted from the main magazine, configured to temporarily store the components to be transferred out of the device and mounted for reciprocating translation in a longitudinal direction to shake the temporarily stored components and facilitate their positioning inside the tray in a predetermined stable position corresponding to their shape. The device includes an optical detection system to detect, from among the components temporarily stored inside the temporary storage tray, the components having the predetermined stable position, and a transfer system to transfer the components having the predetermined stable position to a downstream processing area outside the device. The device further includes an electronic control unit connected to the optical detection system and the transfer system, the unit configured to control the transfer system.
ROTARY SCREW CHANGING DELIVERY SYSTEM
Techniques are disclosed for remotely switching screw color or screw type feeding into a door assembly machine with an auto-hinge applicator. An apparatus having a turntable is supported on bearings and a framework. Each side of the turntable includes a screw hopper accessible via a rotary index. The screw hoppers receive a user input to make a screw selection. Upon receiving a selection, one of the hoppers indexes into position, allowing the correct screw to feed to the hinge applicator. Screw feed-hoses from screwdrivers on the hinge applicator are arranged to connect to a manifold below the screw hoppers. Screws drop from the hoppers into a manifold, at which point the screws are blown with compressed air through the feed-hoses to the screwdrivers on the hinge applicator. Screws can be reloaded into the screw hoppers when rotated in alignment with the hinge side of the door assembly machine.

A collet to feed and fasten cylindrical rivets includes an inlet unit that accepts and supports the rivet, a first feeding unit connected from the inlet unit and configured to feed the rivet, a second feeding unit connected to the first feeding unit opposite to the inlet unit and configured to feed the rivet, and an outlet unit that is connected to the second feeding unit opposite to the first feeding unit and supports the rivet that is fed to it. The inlet unit and the first feeding unit have at least two first slots at opposite angles, the second feeding unit and the outlet unit have more of second slots than the first slots, and when the rivet enters the first feeding unit, the second slots are closed by the opening of the first slots.

A method of operating a fastening apparatus includes: a fastening apparatus preparing step of preparing a fastening apparatus including n fastening tools; a first workpiece disposing step of disposing a first workpiece having m fastening holes at one side of the fastening apparatus; a first fastening tool disposing step of disposing each of the n fastening tools above any one of the m fastening holes; and a first storage step of storing, in a control unit, positions of the n fastening tools in the first fastening tool disposing step, in which m is larger than n, and a plurality of first fastening tool disposing steps and a plurality of first storage steps are alternately performed.
Temperature control system with thermoelectric device
Certain disclosed embodiments pertain to controlling temperature in a passenger compartment of a vehicle. For example, a temperature control system (TCS) can include an air channel configured to deliver airflow to the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The TCS can include a one thermal energy source and a heat transfer device connected to the air channel. A first fluid circuit can circulate coolant to the thermal energy source and a thermoelectric device (TED). A second fluid circuit can circulate coolant to the TED and the heat transfer device. A bypass circuit can connect the thermal energy source to the heat transfer device. An actuator can cause coolant to circulate selectively in either the bypass circuit or the first fluid circuit and the second fluid circuit. A control device can operate the actuator when it is determined that the thermal energy source is ready to provide heat to the airflow.
